Claims (11)
- 建設機械によって取付け幅(B)で敷かれた道路建設用資材(50)の温度を決定するために、
赤外線温度測定ヘッド(20)と、
モータ(30)と、
コントローラ(40)と、を備え、
前記赤外線温度測定ヘッド(20)は、前記モータ(30)により前記建設機械の進行方向を横断して捻れることが可能であるように配置され、かつ回転動作の間に、互いに離れた少なくとも2つの測定点(100)において前記道路建設用資材(50)の表面(110)の温度測定値を記録するのに有効である装置であって、
前記コントローラ(40)は、該装置を前記取付け幅(B)内の領域において前記建設機械に取り付けたとき、測定されるべき前記表面(110)上の測定点(100)間の距離が等しくなっているように、前記モータ(30)を前記建設機械における該装置の取付け位置(10)に基づいて制御するのに有効であることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記コントローラ(40)は、前記モータ(30)を、さらに前記建設機械における該装置の取付け角度(YS,YF)に基づいて制御するのに有効であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラ(40)は、前記建設機械の進行速度に依存して前記赤外線温度測定ヘッド(20)の動作速度を変更するのに有効であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラ(40)は、少なくとも1つの測定点(100)において、測定された温度が予め決められた最低値より下がると、直ちに前記赤外線温度測定ヘッド(20)の前記動作方向を変えるのに有効であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記赤外線温度測定ヘッド(20)がその動作方向を変える位置は、新たに敷かれた前記道路建設用資材(50)の前記取付け幅(B)を計算するために、前記コントローラ(40)または該装置もしくは前記建設機械に配置された評価ユニットに記憶されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記測定点(110)の距離(d)および/または測定点(100)における温度測定の持続時間は、設定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 該装置は、前記赤外線温度測定ヘッド(20)から、前記赤外線温度測定ヘッド(20)が前記道路建設用資材(50)の前記表面(110)に対して略垂直に配向される測定点(103)までの距離(A)を測定するのに有効である非接触距離測定器(70)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記非接触距離測定器(70)は前記コントローラ(40)へ電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラ(40)は、前記建設機械に配置された、前記建設機械の領域における風速、気温、空気湿度、降雨および/または他の周囲パラメータを決定する気象ステーション(80)へ電気的に接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記モータ(30)は、ステッピングモータ、サーボモータ、直流モータまたは歯車装置を備えた直流モータであることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置を少なくとも1つ備えた建設機械であって、
前記装置は前記建設機械の後部領域および/または前部領域に配置されている建設機械。
