Abstract
【解決手段】コア部2のチューブ群の配列数を3列とするとともに、チューブ20の幅寸法Twごとに、チューブ1本当たりの熱媒体流通孔21の数Nを設定し、チューブの幅寸法Twと流路断面積SとがS1 ≦S≦S2 の関係を満たすようにチューブ20を形成するようにしたので、コア部2におけるチューブ群の配列数を吸熱能力の向上及び軽量化を図る上で最適な配列数とすることができるとともに、十分な冷媒流通量及び耐圧性を確保することができる。これにより、熱交換器全体のサイズに制約がある場合でも、軽量で高性能な熱交換器を構成することができ、部品の軽量化と高性能化が求められる車両用空気調和装置の蒸発器として用いる場合に極めて有利である。

Description
ここで、P=42MPa、σa=95N/mm2 、η=1、Doをコア部2の幅寸法Fdとチューブ群の数(前後方向のヘッダーの数)から決まるヘッダー1本当たりの外径とすると、ヘッダー10の最小肉厚tとチューブ群の数との関係は図20のグラフのようになる。このグラフによれば、いずれのコア幅Fd(30mm、40mm、50mm)においても、チューブ群の数が少ないほどヘッダー10の最小肉厚が大きくなり、チューブ群の数が多いほどヘッダー10の最小肉厚が小さくなることがわかる。
上記式(2) により、コア部2の開口面積Mとチューブ群の数との関係は図21のグラフのようになる。このグラフによれば、いずれのコア幅Fdにおいても、チューブ群の数が少ないほどコア部2の開口面積Mが小さくなり、チューブ群の数が多いほどコア部2の開口面積Mが大きくなることがわかる。
チューブ20の幅寸法Twが5mmのとき、熱媒体流通孔21の数Nの最小値は3、Nの最大値は4、流路断面積Sの最小値は0.889mm2 、Sの最大値は1.797mm2 であった。

従って、チューブ1本当たりの熱媒体流通孔21の数Nが、5mm≦Tw≦6mmのとき3≦N≦5、6mm<Tw≦7mmのとき4≦N≦5、7mm<Tw≦8mmのとき5≦N≦6、8mm<Tw≦9mmのとき5≦N≦7、9mm<Tw≦10mmのとき6≦N≦8、10mm<Tw≦11mmのとき7≦N≦9であり、チューブ20の幅寸法Twと流路断面積Sが、S1 ≦S≦S2 の関係を満たすようにチューブ1本当たりの熱媒体流通孔21の数N及び流路断面積Sを設定することにより、十分な冷媒流通量と耐圧性を確保することができる。

従って、コア部2の幅寸法Fdとヘッダーの内径Dが、D1 ≦D≦D2 の関係を満たすようにヘッダー10を形成することにより、十分な冷媒流通量と耐圧性を確保することができる。
Claims (5)
- 互いに径方向に間隔をおいて上下に配置された円筒状の一対のヘッダーと、互いにヘッダーの軸方向に間隔をおいて配置され、各ヘッダーに両端をそれぞれ接続された扁平状の複数のチューブとを備え、両端に前記ヘッダーを有する複数のチューブからなるチューブ群を空気流通方向に複数配列し、各チューブ群によって形成されるコア部を流通する空気と、各チューブ内の流路を形成する複数の熱媒体流通孔を流通する熱媒体とを熱交換する熱交換器において、
前記ヘッダー及びチューブ群を空気流通方向に3つ配列することによって前記コア部を形成し、
チューブの幅寸法をTw、チューブ1本当たりの流路断面積をS、チューブ1本当たりの熱媒体流通孔の数をNとすると、
チューブの幅寸法Twは5mm以上11mm以下であり、
5mm≦Tw≦6mmのとき3≦N≦5、6mm<Tw≦7mmのとき4≦N≦5、7mm<Tw≦8mmのとき5≦N≦6、8mm<Tw≦9mmのとき5≦N≦7、9mm<Tw≦10mmのとき6≦N≦8、10mm<Tw≦11mmのとき7≦N≦9であり、
チューブの幅寸法Twと流路断面積Sが、−0.002470×Tw5 +0.09542×Tw4 −1.436×Tw3 +10.50×Tw2 −37.08×Tw+51.31≦S≦0.005616×Tw5 −0.2314×Tw4 +3.746×Tw3 −29.70×Tw2 +115.4×Tw−173.9の関係を満たす
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記コア部の空気流通方向の寸法をFd、ヘッダーの内径をDとすると、
コア部の空気流通方向の寸法Fdは30mm以上50mmであり、
コア部の空気流通方向の寸法Fdとヘッダーの内径Dが、0.2081×Fd−1.2487≦D≦0.2081×Fd−0.4162の関係を満たす
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換器。 - 前記各ヘッダーのうち互いに空気流通方向に隣り合うヘッダー同士の隙間は1mm以上3mm以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の熱交換器。 - 前記各ヘッダーのうち互いに空気流通方向に隣り合うヘッダーの間に配置され、ヘッダー同士を連通する板状の連通部材を備え、
連通部材の厚さによってヘッダー間に隙間を形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の熱交換器。 - 前記コア部は、前方から順に配置された第1、第2及び第3のチューブ群からなり、
第1のチューブ群の上下方向一方のヘッダーの軸方向一端側から流入した熱媒体が第1のチューブ群を流通して第1のチューブ群の上下方向他方のヘッダーに流入し、第1のチューブ群の上下方向他方のヘッダーから第2のチューブ群の上下方向一方のヘッダーの一部に流入した熱媒体が第2のチューブ群の一部を流通して第2のチューブ群の上下方向他方のヘッダーに流入し、第2のチューブ群の上下方向他方のヘッダーに流入した熱媒体が第2のチューブ群の他の部分を流通して第2のチューブ群の上下方向一方のヘッダーの他の部分に流入し、第2のチューブ群の上下方向一方のヘッダーの他の部分に流入した熱媒体が第3のチューブ群の上下方向一方のヘッダーに流入し、第3のチューブ群の上下方向一方のヘッダーに流入した熱媒体が第3のチューブ群を流通して第3のチューブ群の上下方向他方のヘッダーに流入し、第3のチューブ群の上下方向他方のヘッダーの軸方向一端側から流出するように形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の熱交換器。
