Abstract
【課題】 極細繊維不織布の製造に用いる紡糸ダイ1を小形化し、もって極細繊維不織布の生産性を向上させる。
【解決手段】 この紡糸ダイ1は略直方体であり、紡糸ダイ1の長手下端において、複数のノズル孔2が長手方向に配置されてなる。そして、ノズル孔2の片側のみに熱風を噴出させるためのスリットが設けられてなる。この紡糸ダイ1のノズル孔2から熱可塑性重合体を吐出させて極細繊維を得る。ノズル孔2の片側のみに設けられたスリット4から熱風を噴出させる。これにより、吐出された極細繊維はノズルの軸線方向に対して傾斜した方向に吹き付けられる。吹き付けられた極細繊維は、紡糸ダイ1の下方に吸引させて堆積し、極細繊維不織布を得る。

Claims (10)
- 略直方体の紡糸ダイの長手下端において、長手方向に配置された複数のノズル孔から熱可塑性重合体を吐出させて極細繊維を得る工程、
前記ノズル孔の片側のみに設けられたスリットから熱風を噴出させて、吐出された前記極細繊維をノズルの軸線方向に対して傾斜した方向に吹き付ける工程及び
吹き付けられた前記極細繊維を、前記紡糸ダイの下方に吸引させて、前記極細繊維を堆積させる工程
を具備することを特徴とする極細繊維不織布の製造方法。 - スリットがノズル孔の右側のみ又は左側のみに設けられている請求項1記載の極細繊維不織布の製造方法。
- ノズル孔の軸線方向に対して30〜60°の角度で傾斜した方向に極細繊維を吹き付ける請求項1記載の極細繊維不織布の製造方法。
- 略直方体の紡糸ダイの長手下端において、複数のノズル孔を長手方向に配置すると共に、ノズル孔の片側のみに熱風を噴出させるためのスリットが設けられてなる極細繊維不織布の製造装置。
- スリットがノズル孔の右側のみに設けられている請求項5記載の極細繊維不織布の製造装置。
- スリットがノズル孔の左側のみに設けられている請求項5記載の極細繊維不織布の製造装置。
- 請求項5記載の製造装置を二以上並列に配置してなる極細繊維不織布の組み合わせ製造装置。
- 請求項6記載の製造装置を二以上並列に配置してなる極細繊維不織布の組み合わせ製造装置。
- 請求項5記載の製造装置と請求項6記載の製造装置を並列に配置してなる極細繊維不織布の組み合わせ製造装置。
- スリットから噴出する熱風は、ノズル孔の軸線方向に対して30〜60°の角度で傾斜して噴出する請求項4記載の極細繊維不織布の製造装置。
