Abstract
【解決手段】芯層31と,その一面側の第1表層32と,他面側の第2表層33とを有する積層構造体30を,射出口24が形成されている金型1を用いて製造する。ここで用いる金型1は,第1表層32の原材料を搬送する第1表層材パス19と,第2表層33の原材料を搬送する第2表層材パス20と,芯層31の原材料を搬送する芯層材パス15とを有し,芯層材パス15と第1表層材パス19と第2表層材パス20とが射出口24にて合流しており,その合流箇所より下流側では,射出された原材料の積層構造体30に接しない形状のものである。そして,各パスにそれぞれの層の原材料である粘性流体を流入させることで,積層構造体30を射出させる。

Claims (4)
- 芯層と,前記芯層の一面側に積層された第1表層と,前記芯層の他面側に積層された第2表層とを有する積層構造体を,射出口が形成されている金型を用いて,前記射出口からの原材料の射出により製造する積層構造体の製造方法において,
前記金型として,
前記第1表層の原材料を前記射出口へ向けて搬送する第1表層材搬送路と,
前記第2表層の原材料を前記射出口へ向けて搬送する第2表層材搬送路と,
前記芯層の原材料を前記射出口へ向けて搬送する,前記第1表層材搬送路と前記第2表層材搬送路との間に設けられた芯層材搬送路とを有し,
前記芯層材搬送路と前記第1表層材搬送路と前記第2表層材搬送路とが前記射出口にて合流し,
その合流箇所より原材料の流れの下流側では,射出された原材料の積層構造体に接しない形状であるものを用い,
前記第1表層材搬送路と前記第2表層材搬送路と前記芯層材搬送路とにそれぞれの層の原材料である粘性流体を流入させることで,前記射出口から,3種の原材料が層状に積層された積層構造体を射出させることを特徴とする積層構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の積層構造体の製造方法において,前記金型として,
前記芯層材搬送路と前記第1表層材搬送路との前記合流箇所での交差角と,
前記芯層材搬送路と前記第2表層材搬送路との前記合流箇所での交差角とがいずれも45°以下であるものを用いることを特徴とする積層構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の積層構造体の製造方法において,
前記芯層材搬送路への前記芯層の原材料の供給圧力に対する,前記第1表層材搬送路への前記第1表層の原材料の供給圧力の差を,前記金型の前記合流箇所の上流側における,前記芯層材搬送路と前記第1表層材搬送路との間の箇所の変形耐圧以下とし,かつ,
前記芯層材搬送路への前記芯層の原材料の供給圧力に対する,前記第2表層材搬送路への前記第2表層の原材料の供給圧力の差を,前記金型の前記合流箇所の上流側における,前記芯層材搬送路と前記第2表層材搬送路との間の箇所の変形耐圧以下として,
射出を行うことを特徴とする積層構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1つに記載の積層構造体の製造方法において,
前記金型として,前記射出口が,合流箇所より原材料の流れの下流側では,下流側に行くほど間隔が広がる傾斜面とされているものを用いることを特徴とする積層構造体の製造方法。
