Claims (10)
- 駆動部(3)と、発進要素(5)と、無段階に調節可能なバリエータ(10)と、ディファレンシャル(16)とを備えるCVTパワートレーン(1;41;71)であって、前記バリエータ(10)をバイパスする直接切り換え段(30)が、前記駆動部(3)に直接接続されていることを特徴とするCVTパワートレーン。
- 前記バリエータ(10)をバイパスする前記直接切り換え段(30)は、トーショナルバイブレーションダンパ(22)の介在下でクランク軸(33)に接続されている、請求項1に記載のCVTパワートレーン。
- 前記直接切り換え段(30)は、前記ディファレンシャル(16)の円筒歯車(18)と係合する中間歯車段を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のCVTパワートレーン。
- 前記バリエータ(10)と前記ディファレンシャル(16)との間に副伝動機構(20;72)が配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のCVTパワートレーン。
- 前記副伝動機構(72)は、前進分岐と後進分岐とを有する固定段の伝動機構として構成されている、請求項4に記載のCVTパワートレーン。
- 前記副伝動機構(20)は、二領域の伝動機構、特にプラネタリ伝動機構として構成されている、請求項4に記載のCVTパワートレーン。
- 前記発進要素(5)は、トルクコンバータ(44)又は発進クラッチ(24)として構成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のCVTパワートレーン。
- 前記発進要素(5)、前記バリエータ(10)、前記副伝動機構(20)、前記直接切り換え段(30)及び前記ディファレンシャル(16)は、フロント‐横型の構造形式で配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のCVTパワートレーン。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のCVTパワートレーン(1;41;71)を運転する方法であって、前記直接切り換え段(30)を、燃費に関して重要な運転点(55)での、燃費に関して有利な走行に使用することを特徴とする、CVTパワートレーンを運転する方法。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のCVTパワートレーン(1;41;71)を運転する方法であって、前記直接切り換え段(30)を、ある特定の伝動機構変速比での領域交換(65)に使用することを特徴とする、CVTパワートレーンを運転する方法。
