Claims (6)
- 取り付けるべきガイドベーン(34)をタービン(31)のベーンスロット(32)に取り付けるための取付装置(10)において、
前記取付装置(10)が、固定ユニット(11)と押圧ユニット(12)とを備えており、
前記固定ユニット(11)が、周方向(24)において前記ベーンスロット(32)に圧力嵌めされるように構成されており、
前記周方向(24)が、前記取付装置(10)の動作位置において前記タービン(31)の回転軸線(30)に対して垂直に且つ前記回転軸線(30)の周りに一定距離で離隔して囲んでおり、
前記押圧ユニット(12)が、前記周方向(24)において前記固定ユニット(11)の後方に配置されており、
前記押圧ユニット(12)が、前記周方向(24)において前記固定ユニット(11)に当接されており、
前記押圧ユニット(12)が、押圧ピストン(15)によって前記周方向(24)の反対方向である取付方向(16)に押圧力を作用させるように、且つ、取り付けるべき前記ガイドベーン(34)に前記押圧力を伝達させるように構成されていることを特徴とする取付装置(10)。 - 前記固定ユニット(11)が、ピストン斜面(20)に設けられている固定ピストン(19)を備えており、
前記固定ピストン(19)が、固定方向(23)において固定フォーク(18)のフォーク斜面(25)に接触した状態で移動可能とされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の取付装置(10)。 - 前記固定ユニット(11)が、流体駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の取付装置(10)。
- 前記押圧ユニット(12)が、流体駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の取付装置(10)。
- 前記押圧ピストン(15)が、端部ストッパ部分(17)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の取付装置(10)。
- 取り付けるべきガイドベーン(34)が、タービン(31)のベーンスロット(32)に固定される、取付方法(40)において、
取り付けるべき前記ガイドベーン(34)が、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の取付装置によって、前記取付方向(16)において前記ベーンスロット(32)に沿って、押圧要素(36)を具備する地点に至るまで駆動されることを特徴とする取付装置(40)。
