Abstract

Claims (6)
- 一定の間隔に配列され、空気が充電されている長方形断面形態の複数のエアチューブ12と、
前記各エアチューブ12を覆うとともに、エアチューブ12の外表面に一体に接着され、発泡成形される高伸縮性のクッション用素材14と、
前記各エアチューブ12のエア注入及び排出のためのエア注入及び排出手段20と、
を備えて構成されたことを特徴とする自動充電式エアチューブが内蔵されたクッション。 - 前記エア注入及び排出手段20は、
各エアチューブ12に連通可能に連結される分岐形エア供給ホース22と、
各分岐形エア供給ホース22の終端が連通可能に連結される単一形メインエア供給ホース24と、
単一形メインエア供給ホース24の末端部に装着される開閉用蓋26とで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動充電式エアチューブが内蔵されたクッション。 - 前記分岐形エア供給ホース22及びメインエア供給ホース24は、クッション用素材14の発泡成形の際、クッション用素材14内に一体に内蔵され、メインエア供給ホース24の末端部に取り付けられた開閉用蓋26は、クッション用素材14の外部に露出したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動充電式エアチューブが内蔵されたクッション。
- クッション製作用金型30の下型31に形成された下部キャビティー32内に複数のエアチューブ12を等間隔に配置するステップと、
上部キャビティー34を有する上型33を下型31に結合させるステップと、
金型30の素材注入口にクッション用素材14を注入して、クッション用素材14が各エアチューブ12を覆うとともに、エアチューブ12の外表面に一体に接着され、発泡成形されるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする自動充電式エアチューブが内蔵されたクッション製作方法。 - 前記発泡成形の際、各エアチューブ12に連通可能に連結される分岐形エア供給ホース22と、各分岐形エア供給ホース22の終端が連通可能に連結される単一形メインエア供給ホースは、その末端部を除き、クッション用素材14内に一体に内蔵されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動充電式エアチューブが内蔵されたクッション製作方法。
- 前記上型33の上部キャビティー34には、エアチューブ12の浮きを防止するピン36が一定間隔に形成されており、
前記下型31の下部キャビティー32には、エア注入が完了された各エアチューブの側面部を密着支持し、エアチューブ12の断面は長方形に維持させることができるように複数のピン35が垂直に配置され、一体に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動充電式エアチューブが内蔵されたクッション制作方法。
