Claims (4)
- 異なる高さに設置された第一及び第二分析実験室自動システム(2、3)と、生体物質を収容している単独の試験管(4)ための搬送装置(5)の移送用の装置(1)と、を少なくとも備え、
前記搬送装置(5)は、少なくとも前記第一及び第二分析実験室自動システム(2、3)の間で、試験管(4)を稼働中に鉛直姿勢に保つように適用されている複数の分析実験室自動プラントにおいて,
前記第一及び第二分析実験室自動システム(2、3)のそれぞれは、前記装置(1)に直接に結合された主レーン(6)及び第2レーン(7)を備えるとともに、前記搬送装置(5)は前記レーン(6、7)内を走行し、
前記装置(1)は、
それぞれの第2レーン(7)に対して鉛直に配置されたモーター駆動式ベルト(9)と、
前記搬送装置(5)を収容するように前記モーター駆動式ベルト(9)に固定されているとともに、前記試験管(4)が鉛直姿勢を維持するように前記移送中に水平状態にある台(10)と、
第2レーン(7)の内側での搬送装置(5)の動作方向に対して直交する方向へ搬送装置(5)を水平に動かすようになっている個別押出部(11)の作用によって、前記装置(1)の前記ベルト(9)の前記台(10)へ搬入され/から搬出されることで、それぞれの分析実験室自動システム(2,3)から前記台(10)の1つへ、及び逆方向への移送中に前記試験管(4)が鉛直姿勢に保たれる前記搬送装置(5)と、
その回転により前記第一分析実験室自動システム(2)から前記第二分析実験室自動システム(3)へ搬送装置(5)を上昇させると同時に、他の搬送装置(5)を前記第二分析実験室自動システム(3)から第一分析実験室自動システム(2)へ下降させる前記ベルト(9)と、
単独の分析実験室自動システム(2、3)の同じ側に面するように前記ベルト(9)に固定されている前記台(10)と、
1台の搬送装置(5)を、もう1台の搬送装置(5)の搬出中に搬入するように、単独の分析実験室自動システム(2、3)と同じ高さである、台(10)の搬入位置及び搬出位置と、
単独の分析実験室自動システム(2、3)の台(10)の搬入位置と搬出位置のそれぞれに対応して設けられている個別押出部(11)と、
を備えることを特徴とする分析実験室自動プラント。 - それぞれの個別押出部(11)に、一対のベルト(12a、12b)と、前記搬送装置(5)を検出するセンサ(14)とを有する摺動システムが備えられている請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記自動システムの1つ(3)と前記装置(1)の前記台(10)との間の接続が、傾斜部を有する周辺ユニット(8a,8b)によってなされるとともに、前記周辺ユニット(8a,8b)は、ベルト(9)に隣接する移送領域において水平部を有する請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記装置(1)は、前記独立した自動システム(2,3)を好適に収容する部屋を仕切る天井内に空洞(50)を備えるとともに、前記空洞は、ロックウールのような断熱かつ難燃の材料の層(51)により保護されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のプラント。
