数平均分子量(Mn)及び分子量分布(PDI)は、GPC(Gel Permeation Chromatogrph)を使用して以下の条件で測定し、検量線の製作には、Aglient systemの標準ポリスチレンを使用して測定結果を換算した。

実施例または比較例で製造した偏光板を横の長さが5cmであり、縦の長さが5cmとなるようにカットして試験片を製造した。製造された試験片(TAC/PVA/TAC/PSA/PETの積層構造:TAC=トリアセチルセルロース、PVA=ポリビニルアルコール系偏光フィルム、PSA=粘着剤層、PET=離型フィルム)から離型フィルムを剥離した後に、粘着剤層の初期表面抵抗(耐久信頼評価前の表面抵抗)を測定した。その後、初期表面抵抗を測定した試験片を80℃で7日間放置した後、外観を評価した。また、初期表面抵抗を測定した試験片を60℃及び90%相対湿度の条件で7日間放置した後、さらに前記と同一の方式で表面抵抗(耐久信頼評価後の表面抵抗)を測定する。表面抵抗の測定は、測定機器(Hiresta−UP(MCP−HT 450、Mitsubishi chemical))を使用して製造社のマニュアルによって測定した。

実施例または比較例で製造した偏光板を幅が180mm程度であり、長さが320mm程度となるようにカットして試験片を製造して、これを19インチ市販パネルに付着した。その後、パネルをオートクレーブ(50℃、5気圧)で約20分間保管してサンプルを製造する。製造されたサンプルの(1)耐熱耐久性は、サンプルを80℃で500時間維持した後に、やはり気泡及び剥離の発生を観察し、下記基準で評価し、(2)耐湿熱耐久性は、サンプルを60℃及び90%相対湿度条件で500時間放置した後、粘着界面での気泡及び剥離の発生を観察し、下記基準によって評価した。
A:気泡及び剥離の発生がない
B:気泡及び/または剥離が若干発生
C:気泡及び/または剥離多量発生
ブロック共重合体の各ブロックなどのガラス前が温度(Tg)は、下記数式によって算出した。

EBiB(ethyl 2−bromoisobutyrate)0.29g及びメチルメタクリレート(MMA)44.3gをエチルアセテート(EAc)17gに混合した。その後、CuBr2 0.008g、TPMA(tris(2−pyridylmethyl)amine)0.002g及びV−65(2、2’−azobis(2、4−dimethylvaleronitrile))0.06gを前記混合物にさらに投入し、これらを混合する。前記混合物が収納されたフラスコを密封し、約25℃で約30分間窒素雰囲気下で撹拌し、バブリングを通じて溶存酸素を除去した。酸素が除去された前記混合物を約67℃の反応槽に浸して、反応を開始させた(第1ブロックの重合)。メチルメタクリレートの転換率が約75%程度である時点であらかじめ窒素にバブリングし、DMAEA(2−dimethylamino ethyl acrylate)30.8g、ブチルアクリレート(BA)123g、ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート(HBA)3.8g及びエチルアセテート(EAc)202gの混合物を窒素の下で投入した。その後、反応フラスコにCuBr2 0.002g、TPMA 0.006g及びV−65 0.05gを入れ、鎖延長反応(chain extention reation)を行った(第2ブロックの重合)。単量体(BA)の転換率が80%以上に到逹すれば、前記反応混合物を酸素に露出させ、適切な溶媒に希釈して反応を終結させることによって、ブロック共重合体を製造した(前記過程でV−65はその半減期を考慮して反応終了時点まで適切に分割して投入した。)
ブロック共重合体の重合時に使用された原料(単量体)の種類などを調節し、下記表1に示されたような組成を有するようにして、各ブロック共重合体を製造した。
窒素ガスが還流され、温度調節が容易となるように冷却装置を設置した1Lの反応器にブチルアクリレート(BA)46g及びヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(2−HEA)1.3gの単量体混合物を投入した後、溶剤としてエチルアセテート(EAc)32gを投入した。次に、酸素を除去するために、窒素ガスを1時間パージングした後、62℃に維持した。前記混合物を均一にした後、反応開始剤としてエチルアセテートに50%濃度で希釈させたアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)1gを投入し、8時間反応させて、Nを含まないアクリル系共重合体を製造した。
[コーティング液(粘着剤組成物)の製造]
製造例1で製造されたブロック共重合体(A1)100重量部に対して架橋剤(Coronate L、日本国NPU製)0.5重量部、DBTDL(Dibutyltin dilaurate)0.1重量部、帯電防止剤である無機塩(LiTFSi(Lithium trifluorosulfonylimide))及びベータシアノアセチル基を有するシランカップリング剤(M812、LG化学製)0.2重量部を混合し、溶剤としてエチルアセテートを配合して、コーティング固形分が約30重量%となるように調節し、コーティング液(粘着剤組成物)を製造した。
製造されたコーティング液を乾燥後の厚さが約23μm程度となるように離型処理された厚さ38μmの離型PET(poly(ethylene terephthalate))(MRF−38、三菱製)の離型処理面にコーティングし、110℃のオーブンで約3分間維持した。乾燥後に片面にWV(Wide View)液晶層がコーティングされた偏光板(TAC/PVA/TACの積層構造:TAC=トリアセチルセルロース、PVA=ポリビニルアルコール系偏光フィルム)のWV液晶層に前記離型PET上に形成されたコーティング層をラミネートし、粘着偏光板を製造した。
粘着剤組成物(コーティング液)の製造時にブロック共重合体として製造例2で製造された共重合体(A2)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方式で粘着剤組成物(コーティング液)及び粘着偏光板を製造した。
粘着剤組成物(コーティング液)の製造時に、ブロック共重合体として製造例2で製造された共重合体(A2)を使用し、帯電防止剤として無機塩の代わりに、有機塩(tributylmethyl Ammonium Bis(trifluoromethanesulfone)imide)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方式で粘着剤組成物(コーティング液)及び粘着偏光板を製造した。
粘着剤組成物(コーティング液)の製造時に、ブロック共重合体として製造例3で製造された共重合体(A3)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方式で粘着剤組成物(コーティング液)及び粘着偏光板を製造した。
粘着剤組成物(コーティング液)の製造時に、ブロック共重合体として製造例4で製造された共重合体(B1)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方式で粘着剤組成物(コーティング液)及び粘着偏光板を製造した。
粘着剤組成物(コーティング液)の製造時に、製造例1のブロック共重合体の代わりに、製造例5のブロック共重合体(B2)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方式で粘着剤組成物(コーティング液)及び粘着偏光板を製造した。
粘着剤組成物(コーティング液)の製造時に、製造例1のブロック共重合体の代わりに、製造例6のランダム共重合体(B3)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一の方式で粘着剤組成物(コーティング液)及び粘着偏光板を製造した。

- ガラス転移温度が50℃以上の第1ブロックとガラス転移温度が−10℃以下であり、架橋性官能基を含む第2ブロックを有し、前記第1または第2ブロックは、窒素原子を含む化合物から由来する重合単位を含むブロック共重合体と;帯電防止剤とを含む、粘着剤組成物。
- 架橋性官能基は、第1ブロックには存在せず、第2ブロックにのみ含まれている、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 窒素原子を含む化合物は、アミド基含有化合物、アミノ基含有化合物、イミド基含有化合物またはシアノ基含有化合物である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。

- 第2ブロックは、アルキルアクリレート60重量部〜99.8重量部、架橋性官能基を有する共重合性単量体0.1重量部〜10重量部及び窒素原子を含む化合物0.1重量部〜30重量部から由来する重合単位を含む、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- ブロック共重合体は、第1ブロック及び第2ブロックを有するジブロック共重合体である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 架橋性官能基と反応することができる官能基を2個以上有する多官能性架橋剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 架橋剤は、ブロック共重合体100重量部に対して0.01重量部〜10重量部で含まれる、請求項13に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 帯電防止剤は、有機塩または金属塩である、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 帯電防止剤は、ブロック共重合体100重量部に対して0.1重量部〜20重量部で含まれる、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 保護基材層と;前記保護基材層の一面または両面に存在し、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物を含む粘着剤層とを備える保護フィルム。
- 光学フィルムと;前記光学フィルムの一面または両面に存在し、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物を含む粘着剤層とを備える粘着型光学積層体。
- 偏光子と;前記偏光子の一面または両面に存在し、請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物を含む粘着剤層とを備える粘着型偏光板。
- 請求項18に記載の光学積層体または請求項19に記載の偏光板を含むディスプレイ装置。
