Description
Claims (10)
- 車両の車輪に同軸に固定可能であり、縁部(2a)を有する、ディスク(2)と;前記ディスク(2)の回転を妨げるための、前記ディスク(2)と関連付けられたロック手段(4)とを備える、駐車ブレーキ(1)であって、前記ディスク(2)は前記縁部(2a)上に形成された少なくとも1つの着座部(3)を有し;前記ロック手段(4)は、前記ディスク(2)と関連付けられたピン(5)を備え、前記ディスク(2)の回転を妨げるために前記ピン(5)が前記着座部(3)に干渉するロック構成と、前記ディスク(2)の回転を可能にするために前記ピン(5)が前記着座部(3)から取り外されるロック解除構成との間で切り替え可能であることを特徴とする、駐車ブレーキ(1)。
- 前記ピン(5)は前記着座部(3)内部に少なくとも部分的に挿入され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駐車ブレーキ(1)。
- 前記ピン(5)は回転軸(A)を有し、前記ピン(5)は、前記ロック構成から前記ロック解除構成に可逆的に切り替わるために前記回転軸(A)に対して回転するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の駐車ブレーキ(1)。
- 前記ピン(5)の前記回転軸(A)は前記ディスク(2)の平面に平行な平面に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の駐車ブレーキ(1)。
- 前記ピン(5)の支持要素(6)を備え、前記支持要素(6)は車両のシャーシに固定可能であり、前記ピン(5)は、前記ピン(5)と前記支持要素(6)との間に配置されたヒンジ(7)によって前記支持要素(6)に対して回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の駐車ブレーキ(1)。
- 前記ピン(5)と前記支持要素(6)との間に配置されたリンク手段(8)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の駐車ブレーキ(1)。
- 前記リンク手段(8)は、少なくとも前記回転軸(A)に垂直な方向に沿って作用するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の駐車ブレーキ(1)。
- 前記ディスク(2)は車両のブレーキシステムのブレーキディスクであることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の駐車ブレーキ(1)。
- 前記ディスク(2)の前記縁部(2a)は、複数の山部および谷部を有するプロフィルを有し、各谷部は前記ピン(5)のためのそれぞれの着座部(3)を画定し、前記山部および/または前記谷部は好ましくは円周の一部分である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の駐車ブレーキ(1)。
- 前記ピン(5)は円筒形の横断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の駐車ブレーキ(1)。
