Description
前記ポリアルキル(メト)アクリレートのアルキル基は、炭素数1〜20の線状または分枝状のアルキル基、または炭素数3〜10のシクロアルキル基である。
前記ポリアルキル(メト)アクリレートのアルキル基は、炭素数1〜20の線状または分枝状のアルキル基、または炭素数3〜10のシクロアルキル基である。
前記ポリアルキル(メト)アクリレートのアルキル基は、炭素数1〜20の線状または分枝状のアルキル基、または炭素数3〜10のシクロアルキル基である。
<製造例>
ポリエチレンカーボネート(polyethylene carbonate、PEC)の製造
ジエチル−亜鉛触媒を用いてエチレンオキシドと二酸化炭素を共重合してポリエチレンカーボネート樹脂を次の方法で製造した(Journal of Polymer Science B 1969, 7, 287; Journal of Controlled release 1997, 49, 263)。
重量平均分子量:230,000、製造会社:NatureWorks
ポリメチルメタクリレート(polymethylmethacrylate、PMMA)
重量平均分子量:86,000、製造会社:LG MMA
セルロース(cellulose)
マイクロクリスタリン(Microcrystalline、powder、20μm)、製造会社:Aldrich
<実施例>
樹脂組成物の製造
<実施例1>
前記で準備されたポリエチレンカーボネート(polyethylene carbonate、PEC)186.1g、ポリラクチド(polylactide、PLA)9.9g、ポリメチルメタクリレート(polymethylmethacrylate、PMMA)1.98g、およびセルロース(Cellulose、Cel)2gを混合して樹脂組成物を製造した。
前記で準備されたポリエチレンカーボネート(PEC)178.6g、ポリラクチド(PLA)9.5g、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)1.9g、およびセルロース(Cel)10gを混合して樹脂組成物を製造した。
前記で準備されたポリエチレンカーボネート(PEC)169.2g、ポリラクチド(PLA)9g、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)1.8g、およびセルロース(Cel)20gを混合して樹脂組成物を製造した。
前記で準備されたポリエチレンカーボネート(PEC)165g、ポリラクチド(PLA)9g、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)1.8g、およびセルロース(Cel)24gを混合して樹脂組成物を製造した。
前記で準備されたポリエチレンカーボネート(PEC)159g、ポリラクチド(PLA)9g、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)1.8g、およびセルロース(Cel)30gを混合して樹脂組成物を製造した。
前記で準備されたポリエチレンカーボネート(PEC)188g、ポリラクチド(PLA)10g、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)2gを混合し、セルロース(Cel)は添加せず、樹脂組成物を製造した。
前記実施例および比較例で製造された試片に対して、万能試験器(UniversalTesting Machine、UTM)を用いて引張強度、伸び率、E−Modulusを測定した。
測定結果を下記表2にまとめた。
前記実施例および比較例で製造されたペレット形態の樹脂と一般的なPEC樹脂に対して、DSC/TGA分析装備を用いて温度変化による質量損失率、ガラス転移温度(glass transition temperature、Tg、℃)、および半分分解温度(50% decomposition temperature、50%Td、℃)を測定した。TGA分析時、窒素雰囲気下で、常温から400℃まで、約10℃/minの速度で昇温させながら測定した。
Claims (12)
- 下記の化学式1で表される繰り返し単位を含むポリアルキレンカーボネートと、
下記の化学式2で表される繰り返し単位を含むポリラクチドと、
ポリアルキル(メト)アクリレートと、
セルロースと、
を含む樹脂組成物。
R1〜R4は、それぞれ独立して、水素、炭素数1〜20の線状または分枝状のアルキル基、炭素数6〜20のアリール基、炭素数2〜20のアルケニル基または炭素数3〜20のシクロアルキル基であり、R1〜R4のうちの少なくともいずれか二つは、互いに連結されて炭素数3〜10のシクロアルキル基を形成することができ、
mは、10〜1,000の整数である。)
nは、10〜1,000の整数であり、
前記ポリアルキル(メト)アクリレートのアルキル基は、炭素数1〜20の線状または分枝状のアルキル基、または炭素数3〜10のシクロアルキル基である。) - 前記ポリアルキレンカーボネート100重量部に対して、前記ポリラクチドを0.5〜20重量部で含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリアルキレンカーボネート100重量部に対して、前記ポリアルキル(メト)アクリレートを0.1〜10重量部で含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリアルキレンカーボネート100重量部に対して、前記セルロースを0.5〜20重量部で含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリアルキレンカーボネートは、10,000〜1,000,000の重量平均分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリアルキレンカーボネートは、ポリエチレンカーボネート、ポリプロピレンカーボネート、ポリペンテンカーボネート、ポリヘキセンカーボネート、ポリオクテンカーボネート、ポリシクロヘキセンカーボネートおよびこれらの共重合体からなる群より選択された1種以上である、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリラクチドは、L−乳酸、D−乳酸またはL、D−乳酸から重合されるものである、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリラクチドは、100,000〜1,000,000の重量平均分子量を有するものである、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリアルキル(メト)アクリレートの単量体は、メチル(メト)アクリレート、エチル(メト)アクリレート、n−ブチル(メト)アクリレート、2−エチルヘキシル(メト)アクリレート、シクロヘキシル(メト)アクリレート、n−オクチル(メト)アクリレート、n−デシル(メト)アクリレート、n−ドデシル(メト)アクリレート、テトラデシル(メト)アクリレート、ラウリル(メト)アクリレート、オレイル(メト)アクリレート、パルミチル(メト)アクリレート、またはステアリル(メト)アクリレートである、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記樹脂組成物は、顔料、染料、カーボンブラック、酸化チタン、滑石、炭酸カルシウム、クレー、分散剤、潤滑剤、可塑剤、難燃剤、酸化防止剤、帯電防止剤、光安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、および結晶化促進剤からなる群より選択された1種以上の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物により製造される成形品。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂組成物により製造されるフィルムを含むフィルム積層体。
