Abstract
Description

(5)アルキル又はアリール置換スルホンアミド、アルキル又はアリール置換スルホン酸、アルキル又はアリール置換スルホサクシネート、及びアルキル又はアリール置換スルホネートからなる群から選択されるスルホネート化合物を含む光沢剤と、
を含む。
a)その上に無電解ニッケルめっきを受ける基材を準備する工程と、
b)準備した基材を、
1)ニッケルイオンの供給源と、
2)還元剤と、
3)1種以上の錯化剤と、
4)1種以上の浴安定剤と、
5)アルキル又はアリール置換スルホンアミド、アルキル又はアリール置換スルホン酸、アルキル又はアリール置換スルホサクシネート、及びアルキル又はアリール置換スルホネートからなる群から選択されるスルホネート化合物を含む光沢剤と、
を含む無電解ニッケルめっき液でめっきする工程と、
を含み、光沢を有する無電解ニッケル層が基材上に析出する方法に関する。
(1)浸漬洗浄−10%b/v ISOPREP 172,160°Fで1分間;
(2)電気洗浄−10%b/v ISOPREP 172,160°Fで1分間,2V〜4V;
(3)酸活性化−50% HCl,環境温度で1分間;及び
(4)無電解ニッケルめっき;
を施すことにより調製した。
Claims (20)
- a)ニッケルイオンの供給源と、
b)還元剤と、
c)1種以上の錯化剤と、
d)1種以上の浴安定剤と、
e)アルキル又はアリール置換スルホンアミド、アルキル又はアリール置換スルホン酸、アルキル又はアリール置換スルホサクシネート、及びアルキル又はアリール置換スルホネートからなる群から選択されるスルホネート化合物を含む光沢剤と、
を含むことを特徴とする無電解ニッケルめっき液。 - 前記ニッケルイオンの供給源が、臭化ニッケル、フルオロホウ酸ニッケル、スルホン酸ニッケル、スルファミン酸ニッケル、アルキルスルホン酸ニッケル、硫酸ニッケル、塩化ニッケル、酢酸ニッケル、次亜リン酸ニッケル、及びこれらの1種以上の組合せからなる群から選択されるニッケル塩を含む請求項1に記載の無電解ニッケルめっき液。
- 前記スルホネート化合物が、2−アミノエタンスルホン酸、トルエンスルホンアミド、1−オクタンスルホン酸、2−クロロヒドロキシプロパンスルホン酸、サッカリン、ジアミルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム、1,4−ビス(1,3−ジメチルブチル)スルホコハク酸ナトリウム、スルホコハク酸、及びアリルスルホン酸ナトリウムからなる群から選択される請求項2に記載の無電解ニッケルめっき液。
- 前記還元剤が、次亜リン酸塩、水素化ホウ素アルカリ金属、可溶性ボラン化合物、及びヒドラジンからなる群から選択される請求項1に記載の無電解ニッケルめっき液。
- 前記還元剤が次亜リン酸塩を含む請求項4に記載の無電解ニッケルめっき液。
- 前記スルホネート化合物が2−アミノエタンスルホン酸である請求項1に記載の無電解ニッケルめっき液。
- 前記無電解ニッケルめっき液中の前記スルホネート化合物の濃度が約0.1mg/L〜3.0mg/Lの範囲である請求項1に記載の無電解ニッケルめっき液。
- 前記無電解ニッケルめっき液中の前記スルホネート化合物の濃度が約0.5mg/L〜2.0mg/Lの範囲である請求項7に記載の無電解ニッケルめっき液。
- 前記スルホネート化合物が、少なくとも実質的に前記無電解ニッケルめっき液中の前記光沢剤のみである請求項1に記載の無電解ニッケルめっき液。
- 基材をめっきしてその上に光沢を有する無電解ニッケル析出物を提供する方法であって、
a)その上に無電解ニッケルめっきを受ける基材を準備する工程と;
b)前記基材を、
1)ニッケルイオンの供給源と、
2)還元剤と、
3)1種以上の錯化剤と、
4)1種以上の浴安定剤と、
5)アルキル又はアリール置換スルホンアミド、アルキル又はアリール置換スルホン酸、アルキル又はアリール置換スルホサクシネート、及びアルキル又はアリール置換スルホネートからなる群から選択されるスルホネート化合物を含む光沢剤と、
を含む無電解ニッケルめっき液でめっきする工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記スルホネート化合物が2−アミノエタンスルホン酸である請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記無電解ニッケルめっき液中の前記スルホネート化合物の濃度が約0.1mg/L〜3.0mg/Lの範囲である請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記スルホネート化合物が、2−アミノエタンスルホン酸、トルエンスルホンアミド、1−オクタンスルホン酸、2−クロロヒドロキシプロパンスルホン酸、サッカリン、ジアミルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム、1,4−ビス(1,3−ジメチルブチル)スルホコハク酸ナトリウム、スルホコハク酸、及びアリルスルホン酸ナトリウムからなる群から選択される請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記スルホネート化合物が少なくとも実質的に前記無電解ニッケルめっき液中の前記光沢剤のみである請求項10に記載の方法。
- 析出した無電解ニッケル層の測定した光沢ユニット値が約120を超える請求項10に記載の方法。
- 析出した無電解ニッケル層の測定した光沢ユニット値が約170を超える請求項15に記載の方法。
- 析出した無電解ニッケル層の測定した光沢ユニット値が約200を超える請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記基材が、スチール、アルミニウム、銅、亜鉛、及び真ちゅうからなる群から選択される金属基材である請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記基材がスチールである請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記基材が、プラスチック及びセラミックからなる群から選択される非導電性基材である請求項10に記載の方法。
