Claims (23)
- バイオマスを採取したサンプルが固定される挿入部;
内部に溶解剤を収容し、前記挿入部が挿入されて前記採取したバイオマスから生体分子を抽出する本体部;及び、
前記挿入部または本体部に備える少なくとも1つの吐出部;を含む生体分子抽出器。 - 前記挿入部は、サンプルが固定される少なくとも1つの固定部を含む、請求項1に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記固定部は、サンプルが接着性結合または物理的結合で固定されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記固定部の接着性結合は、採取したサンプルに存在する接着性を利用して結合するか、または接着性物質が固定部に塗布されてサンプルの結合が行われることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記固定部は、少なくとも一部が曲がった曲線状になることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記固定部の物理的結合は、サンプルを嵌め込み結合で固定することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記固定部は、前記サンプルの少なくとも一部が固定されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記本体部は、内部に所定の空間が形成されて前記溶解剤が収容され、前記挿入部が挿入されて溶解剤に沈潜するチャンバを含む、請求項1に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記チャンバの入口を密封する遮蔽膜をさらに含み、前記溶解剤はチャンバ内に収容され、密封した状態で提供されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記本体部は、前記挿入部をチャンバへ案内する導入部をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記挿入部は、前記導入部と対応する形態に形成され、前記導入部の内壁と密着して前記チャンバを密閉する密閉部を含む、請求項8に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記導入部と密閉部は、断面が楕円または円状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記密閉部は、強度補強のための補強リブを含む、請求項11に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記吐出部は、サンプルを定量吐出させるための吐出流路と拡張吐出口を含む、請求項1に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記吐出流路は、死空間を最小化するために吐出口の内径よりも小さな内径を有することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記吐出部を脱着可能に密封するシーリングキャップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記チャンバの外壁に形成され、前記サンプルを定量吐出させることができるように押圧する押え部をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記押え部は、周辺外壁よりも大きな厚さを有する陽刻形態に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記押え部の周囲に形成され、周辺外壁よりも小さな厚さを有する陰刻部をさらに含む、請求項17に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- 前記サンプルが前記溶解剤と接触する表面積と前記溶解剤の容積との比は、0.4乃至9.15であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生体分子抽出器。
- バイオマスを採取したサンプルを挿入部に固定させるステップ;
内部に溶解剤が収容された本体部に前記挿入部を挿入するステップ;及び
前記挿入部または本体部のうちいずれか1つに備えられた吐出部を介して前記バイオマスから抽出した生体分子を吐出するステップ;を含む生体分子抽出方法。 - 前記サンプルは、接着性結合または物理的結合により前記挿入部に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の生体分子抽出方法。
- 前記サンプルが前記溶解剤と接触する表面積と前記溶解剤の容積との比は、0.4乃至9.15であることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の生体分子抽出方法。
