Claims (9)
- 一方向に長く延長され、複数の素線10が周期的に互いに撚られてなるタイヤ補強用スチールコード1において、
前記タイヤ補強用スチールコード1は、第1波形面を有する第1波形、及び第2波形面を有する第2波形を有するように形成され、
前記第1波形及び第2波形は、互いに重畳されるように形成され、前記第1波形の第1波形面の法線と、前記第2波形の第2波形面の法線は、所定の挟み角を有することを特徴とするタイヤ補強用スチールコード1。 - 前記タイヤ補強用スチールコード1を構成する素線10の数は、1本ないし18本であり、各素線10の素線10径は、0.08mmないし0.5mmであり、各素線10の引っ張り強度は、250kgf/mmないし500kgf/mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ補強用スチールコード1。
- 前記素線10の撚りピッチは、素線10径の10倍ないし50倍であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ補強用スチールコード1。
- 前記第1波形のピッチと、前記第2波形のピッチは、互いに異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ補強用スチールコード1。
- 前記第1波形のピッチ、及び前記第2波形のピッチは、前記素線10の撚りピッチより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ補強用スチールコード1。
- 請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ補強用スチールコード1を含むタイヤ100。
- 一方向に長く延長され、複数の素線10が周期的に互いに撚られてなるタイヤ補強用スチールコード1であって、
前記タイヤ補強用スチールコード1は、第1波形面を有する第1波形、及び第2波形面を有する第2波形を有するように形成され、
前記第1波形及び第2波形は、互いに重畳されるように形成され、前記第1波形の第1波形面の法線と、前記第2波形の第2波形面の法線は、所定の挟み角を有することを特徴とするタイヤ補強用スチールコード1を製造する方法において、
素線10を撚線してタイヤ補強用スチールコード1を形成する段階と、
前記タイヤ補強用スチールコード1を圧延し、非円形断面を有するタイヤ補強用スチールコード1を形成する段階と、
前記タイヤ補強用スチールコード1を、第1撚り形状ギア及び第2撚り形状ギアを通過させることによって撚り形状加工を行う段階と、を含み、
前記第1撚り形状ギアと第2撚り形状ギアとの回転軸は、所定の挟み角を有することを特徴とするタイヤ補強用スチールコード1製造方法。 - 前記第1撚り形状ギアと第2撚り形状ギアとのギアピッチは、互いに異なることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタイヤ補強用スチールコード1製造方法。
- 前記第1撚り形状ギア及び第2撚り形状ギアのピッチは、前記素線10の撚りピッチより小さいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタイヤ補強用スチールコード1製造方法。
