Abstract
Description
I 反応性合成樹脂と、織物または繊維の形態の補強材と、任意選択的に従来の添加剤とによる固体混合物で作製され、任意選択的に巻き取られていてもよい、連続ウェブの形態のプリプレグ、および
II 以下で作製された多層構造体を含む分離可能な剥離フィルム:
a)プリプレグウェブに直接隣接する剥離層であり、剥離添加剤としてのワックス状化合物と任意選択的に従来の他の添加剤および補助剤とを有する、α,β−不飽和オレフィンの少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーで構成される剥離層、
b)任意選択的に接着促進層、
c)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリアミドホモポリマーまたはコポリマーで構成される層、
d)任意選択的に接着促進層、
e)α,β−不飽和オレフィンの少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ホモポリマーもしくはコポリマーで構成され、硬化ポリシロキサンをベースとする剥離コーティングを有する剥離層、または層e)の代替物としての、以下から作製されたサブラミネート、
e’)好ましくは2から10個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、特に好ましくは少なくとも3個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーで構成される層、
f)積層化接着層、ならびに
g)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリエステルと、剥離添加剤として1種のワックス状化合物と、任意選択的に従来の他の添加剤および補助剤とで構成される、好ましくは二軸配向した、剥離層、または層g)の代替物として、
g’)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリエステルで構成され、硬化ポリシロキサンをベースとする剥離コーティングを有する、好ましくは二軸配向した、剥離層
で作製された複合材、プリプレグのための除去可能な剥離フィルムとしてのこの多層フィルムの使用、ならびに複合材料、好ましくは繊維複合材料の製造のための本発明の複合材の使用、に関する。

a)前記プリプレグウェブに直接隣接する剥離層であり、好ましくは2から10個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、特に好ましくは少なくとも3個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーと、剥離添加剤としてのワックス状化合物と、任意選択的に従来の他の添加剤および補助剤とで構成される剥離層、
b)任意選択的に接着促進層、
c)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリアミドホモポリマーまたはコポリマーで構成される層、
d)任意選択的に接着促進層、
e)好ましくは2から10個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、特に好ましくは少なくとも3個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ホモポリマーもしくはコポリマーで構成され、硬化ポリシロキサンをベースとする剥離コーティングを有する剥離層、または前記層e)の代替物としての、以下から作製されたサブラミネート、
e’)好ましくは2から10個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、特に好ましくは少なくとも3個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーで構成される層、
f)積層化接着層、ならびに
g)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリエステルと、剥離添加剤としての1種のワックス状化合物と、任意選択的に従来の他の添加剤および補助剤とで構成され、好ましくは二軸配向した、剥離層、または

a)プリプレグウェブに直接隣接する剥離層であり、好ましくは2から10個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、特に好ましくは少なくとも3個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーと、剥離添加剤としてワックス状化合物と、任意選択的に従来の他の添加剤および補助剤とで構成される剥離層、
b)任意選択的に接着促進層、
c)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリアミドホモポリマーまたはコポリマーで構成される層、
d)任意選択的に接着促進層、
e)好ましくは2から10個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、特に好ましくは少なくとも3個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ホモポリマーもしくはコポリマーで構成され、硬化ポリシロキサンをベースとする剥離コーティングを有する剥離層、または層e)の代替物としての、以下から作製されたサブラミネート、
e’)好ましくは2から10個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、特に好ましくは少なくとも3個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーで構成される層、
f)積層化接着層、ならびに
g)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリエステルと、剥離添加剤としての1種のワックス状化合物と、任意選択的に従来の他の添加剤および補助剤とで構成され、好ましくは二軸配向した、剥離層、または
g’)部分複合材の層g)の代替物としての、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリエステルで構成され、硬化ポリシロキサンをベースとする剥離コーティングを有する、好ましくは二軸配向した、剥離層
で作製された多層構造体を含む。
Claims (14)
- I 反応性合成樹脂と、織物または繊維の形態の補強材と、任意選択的に従来の添加剤とによる固体混合物で作製され、任意選択的に巻き取られていてもよい、連続ウェブの形態のプリプレグと、
II a)前記プリプレグウェブに直接隣接する剥離層であり、好ましくは2から10個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、特に好ましくは少なくとも3個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーと、剥離添加剤としてのワックス状化合物と、任意選択的に従来の他の添加剤および補助剤とで構成される剥離層、
b)任意選択的に接着促進層、
c)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリアミドホモポリマーまたはコポリマーで構成される層、
d)任意選択的に接着促進層、
e)好ましくは2から10個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、特に好ましくは少なくとも3個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ホモポリマーもしくはコポリマーで構成され、硬化ポリシロキサンをベースとする剥離コーティングを有する剥離層、または前記層e)の代替物としての、以下から作製されたサブラミネート、
e’)好ましくは2から10個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、特に好ましくは少なくとも3個の炭素原子を有するα,β−不飽和オレフィンの、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーで構成される層、
f)積層化接着層、ならびに
g)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリエステルと、剥離添加剤としての1種のワックス状化合物と、任意選択的に従来の他の添加剤および補助剤とで構成され、好ましくは二軸配向した、剥離層、または
g’)前記サブラミネートの前記層g)の代替物としての、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリエステルで構成され、硬化ポリシロキサンをベースとする剥離コーティングを有する、好ましくは二軸配向した、剥離層
で作製された多層構造体を含む除去可能な剥離フィルムと
を含む複合材。 - 前記プリプレグIが、反応性合成樹脂と、織物または繊維形態の補強材料と、従来の添加剤とによる固体混合物で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材。
- 前記プリプレグIが、反応性合成樹脂、好ましくは反応性熱硬化性合成樹脂、特に好ましくは、反応性エポキシ樹脂、反応性不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、反応性ポリウレタン樹脂または反応性フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂と、織物用ガラス、好ましくはステープルファイバーもしくはロービング、カーボンファイバー、またはアラミドファイバーで作製された補強材料と、反応剤の形態の添加剤、好ましくは、架橋剤、架橋促進剤、触媒および任意選択的にα,β−不飽和モノマーと、任意選択的に充填剤とによる固体混合物で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の複合材。
- 前記剥離層a)、前記層e)および前記層e’)のそれぞれが、少なくとも125℃の融点を有する、α,β−不飽和オレフィンの少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマー、好ましくは、少なくとも、1種の高密度ポリエチレン、1種のポリプロピレン、1種のプロピレン/エチレンコポリマー、または言及したポリマーの少なくとも2つの混合物で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の複合材。
- 前記層a)および前記層g)それぞれにおける剥離添加剤の存在量が、それぞれの層の総重量に対して、1から20重量%、好ましくは2から15重量%、特に好ましくは2から6重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材。
- 剥離添加剤を含む前記層のそれぞれが、異なる量の剥離添加剤を含むか、または好ましくは同量の剥離添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の複合材。
- 前記剥離添加剤が、脂肪酸、脂肪アルコール、長鎖アミン、脂肪酸エステルおよび脂肪酸アミドを含む群より選択される少なくとも1種のワックス状化合物であり、大気圧下でのこれらの軟化点または融点が、少なくとも30℃、好ましくは少なくとも50℃、特に好ましくは少なくとも80℃、非常に特に好ましくは少なくとも100℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の複合材。
- 前記層c)が、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性の脂肪族、半芳香族または芳香族ポリアミドホモポリマーまたはコポリマー、好ましくは、4から10個の炭素原子を有するラクタムで作製されたポリアミド、2から10個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジアミンまたは6から10個の炭素原子を有する芳香族ジアミンと6から14個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族または芳香族ジカルボン酸とで作製されたポリアミド、および言及した前記ポリアミドの少なくとも2つの混合物を含む群より選択される少なくとも1種のポリアミドのホモポリマーまたはコポリマーで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の複合材。
- 前記層a)、e)およびe’)のそれぞれが、α,β−不飽和オレフィンの同じ熱可塑性ホモポリマーまたはコポリマーで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の複合材。
- 前記層a)、e)およびe’)のそれぞれの厚さが同一であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の複合材。
- 前記剥離層g)およびg’)それぞれが、熱可塑性の脂肪族、半芳香族または芳香族ホモおよびコポリエステル、好ましくは、ポリブチレンアジペート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンイソフタレートまたは対応するコポエステルを含む群より選択される少なくとも1種の熱可塑性ポリエステルで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の複合材。
- 前記除去可能な剥離フィルムIIが、前記層e)および前記層g’)それぞれの上に、硬化ポリシロキサンをベースとする剥離コーティングを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の複合材。
- パッケージングし、好ましくは20℃未満まで冷却した後、少なくとも6ヶ月の貯蔵寿命を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の複合材。
- 繊維複合材料の製造のための、好ましくは、風力タービン、航空機、船舶、鉄道車両、スポーツ製品またはスポーツ用品のためにそれらから製作される構造要素の製造のための、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の複合材の使用。
