Description

比較例の剥離フィルム(C)及びまた本発明例3の剥離フィルム(IE3)は、いずれの場合も6層から構成される。本発明例の剥離フィルムIE1及びIE2は、それぞれ4層及び5層から構成される。比較例の剥離フィルム(C)の層厚合計及び本発明例の剥離フィルム(IE3)の層厚合計は、それぞれ26μmである。本発明の剥離フィルムIE1及びIE2の層厚合計は、それぞれ23.5μm及び24.5μmである。いずれの場合も、剥離フィルムの個々の層は、以下に列記する順番で相互に直接に隣接する。本発明例の剥離フィルムIE3及びまたCの各層(s)、(a)、(c)、(e)、(f)及び(g)は、それぞれインフレートフィルム共押出(blown−film coextrusion)により製造し、引き続きの操作で、剥離層(b)でそれぞれ被覆した。本発明例の剥離フィルムIE1及びIE2の各層(s)、(a)、(c)及び(d)は、それぞれインフレートフィルム共押出により製造し、引き続きの操作で、片側もしくは両側を剥離層(b)で被覆した。本発明例の剥離フィルムIE1〜IE3の層(s)の泡状構造は、層(s)中に分布した発泡中空微粒子に基づく。対照的に、比較例Cの剥離フィルムは、泡状構造を有さないが、その代わりにエンボス構造を備える。エンボス構造は、規則正しいクレープペーパー様パターンに基づき、そのエンボス高さは、180〜240μmである。比較例Cのエンボスは、当業者に公知の、エンボスロールを用いる慣用のエンボスプロセスにより得られる。

- 少なくとも1つの熱可塑性ポリマーに基づくクローズドセルの泡状構造を有する少なくとも1つの層(s)を備える剥離フィルムであって、

前記剥離フィルムのうち少なくとも1つの表面に、少なくとも1つの硬化ポリシロキサンに基づく剥離層(b)が、外層として備えられており、かつ、前記層(s)の熱可塑性ポリマーの融点が、前記微粒子の壁を構成する熱可塑性ポリマーの融点よりも低い、剥離フィルム。 - 前記発泡中空微粒子の直径が、70〜200μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 前記発泡微粒子の平均直径が、前記剥離フィルムの総厚よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 前記層(s)の全密度が、0.2〜1.2g/cm 3 であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 前記層(s)の全密度が、0.5〜1.0g/cm 3 であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 前記剥離層(b)が、少なくとも1つのレベリング助剤及び/又は少なくとも1つの定着助剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 使用される前記レベリング助剤が、少なくとも1つの末端の官能基を有する少なくとも1つのポリシロキサンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 使用される前記レベリング助剤が、少なくとも1つの炭素二重結合を有する官能基を有する少なくとも1つのポリシロキサンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 使用される前記定着助剤が、少なくとも1つの炭素二重結合、エポキシ基、イソシアネート基、ヒドロキシ基、アルコキシシラン基及びシラン基を有する官能基からなる群から選択される、少なくとも1つの末端の官能基を有する少なくとも1つのポリシロキサンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の剥離フィルム。
- いずれの場合においても前記剥離層(b)の総重量に対して、1〜10重量%の前記レベリング助剤及び/又は1〜5重量%の前記定着助剤が、前記剥離層(b)中に存在することを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 前記層(s)が、少なくとも1つのオレフィンホモ−又はコポリマーに基づいており、かつ、その少なくとも1つの表面に、前記剥離層(b)を、前記剥離フィルムの外層として有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 前記層(s)が、少なくとも1つのプロピレンホモ−及び/又はコポリマー、に基づいていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 前記層(s)の自由表面が、泡状構造を有さない少なくとも1つの層(a)に結合し、前記層(a)が、少なくとも1つのオレフィンホモ−又はコポリマーに基づくことを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 前記層(a)が、少なくとも1つのプロピレンホモ−及び/又はコポリマー、に基づくことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層(a)が、少なくとも1つのオレフィンホモ−又はコポリマーに基づく非発泡層(c)に結合され、
前記層(c)の自由表面が、泡状構造を有さない少なくとも1つの他の層(d)に結合し、前記層(d)が、少なくとも1つのオレフィンホモ−又はコポリマーに基づくことを特徴とする、請求項13又は14に記載の剥離フィルム。 - 前記層(a)と前記層(c)の間又は前記層(c)と前記層(d)の間に少なくとも1つのバリア層(e)が配置され、このバリア層は、場合により、接着促進剤層(f)及び/又は(g)を介して、それぞれ前記層(a)、前記層(c)又は前記層(d)に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 少なくとも1つのホモ−又はコポリアミドに基づくバリア層(e)を有し、このバリア層(e)は接着促進剤層(f)及び/又は(g)を介して、それぞれ前記層(a)、前記層(c)又は前記層(d)に結合され、これらは、それぞれプロピレンホモ−又はコポリマーに基づくことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の剥離フィルム。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の剥離フィルムの、粘着ラベル、粘着テープ、ステッカー又は粘着屋根シート用の、取り外し可能保護フィルム又は取り外し可能保護カバーフィルムとしての使用。
- 請求項18に記載の剥離フィルムの、粘着ビチューメン屋根シート用の、取り外し可能保護フィルム又は取り外し可能保護カバーフィルムとしての使用。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の剥離フィルムを、取り外し可能保護フィルム又は取り外し可能保護カバーフィルムとして備える、巻き可能粘着屋根シート材料。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載の剥離フィルムを、取り外し可能保護フィルム又は取り外し可能保護カバーフィルムとして備える、巻いた粘着ビチューメン屋根シート材料。
