Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 基材を、過圧下で少なくとも70℃の温度の水に曝露する方法であって、
(a)少なくとも10のイソシアネート指数を有し、かつ芳香族ポリイソシアネート成分と、少なくとも500のヒドロキシル当量を有するポリオールを有するポリオール成分と、イソシアネート三量化触媒を有する触媒成分と、を含む反応混合物を、基材に適用すること、及び、前記反応混合物を少なくとも部分的に硬化して、少なくとも80℃のガラス転移温度を有するポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタン−イソシアヌレートポリマーを形成することと、
(b)前記基材及び前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタン−イソシアヌレートポリマーを、過圧下で少なくとも70℃の温度の水に曝露することと、を含む、前記方法。 - 前記ポリオールが充填ポリオールまたはポリエステルポリオールである、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記ポリオールが前記イソシアネート三量化触媒のための反応性担体である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の前記方法。
- 段階(a)が、少なくとも750kg/m3の密度を有する前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタン−イソシアヌレートポリマーを生成するために、発泡剤の不在下で実施される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 段階(a)が、少なくとも950kg/m3の密度を有する前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタン−イソシアヌレートポリマーを生成するために、発泡剤の不在下で実施される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 段階(b)の後、前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタン−イソシアヌレートポリマーが少なくとも750kg/m3の密度を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 段階(b)の後、前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタン−イソシアヌレートポリマーが少なくとも950kg/m3の密度を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタン−イソシアヌレートポリマーの前記ガラス転移温度が80℃〜250℃である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 段階(a)において、前記基材が繊維強化材であって、後に硬化されて、前記繊維強化材が前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタン−イソシアヌレートポリマーに埋め込まれ、それによって結合される繊維相を含む繊維強化複合材を形成する、繊維強化材である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 段階(b)における前記温度が最大180℃である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 段階(b)における前記温度が80℃〜130℃である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 段階(b)における前記圧力が150kPa〜5,000kPaである、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 段階(b)における前記水が少なくとも部分的に液体の形態である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 段階(b)が、前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタン−イソシアヌレートポリマーの前記ガラス転移温度を少なくとも5℃だけ上昇させるのに十分な時間実施される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 段階(b)が、意図される用途での前記基材及び前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタン−イソシアヌレートポリマーの使用中に実施される、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 段階(b)が、意図される用途での前記基材及び前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタン−イソシアヌレートポリマーの前記使用とは別個の製造段階として実施される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
