Claims (16)
- 発泡剤およびポリオールとポリイソシアネートとの反応のための少なくとも1種の触媒の存在下でポリイソシアネート成分とポリオール成分とを混合するステップと、得られた混合物を基材の空洞の中に分注する(dispensing)ステップと、混合物を硬化させて、基材に付着した1.5〜40ポンド毎立方フィート(24〜640kg/m3)のかさ密度を有するフォーム(発泡体)を形成させるのに十分な条件に付すステップとを含む、基材の開口空洞に付着した硬質ポリウレタンフォームを形成する方法であって、

(c)ポリイソシアネート成分中のイソシアネート基とポリオール成分中のイソシアネート反応性基の数との比は、約0.7:1〜約1.5:1である方法。 - ポリイソシアネート成分が、150〜400のイソシアネート当価重量(equivalent weight)を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
