Claims (18)
- 入口ポートと、移送ポートと、流路とを有するハウジングであって、前記入口ポートと前記移送ポートとは前記流路を介して流体連通しており、さらに前記移送ポートに隣接し前記流路と流体連通しているリザーバを画定しているハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に配設されている穿刺部材であって、前記穿刺部材が前記ハウジングの内部に保持されている作動前位置と前記穿刺部材が前記ハウジングの前記入口ポートを貫通し前記流路との流体連通をもたらす穿刺位置との間で移動するようにした穿刺部材と、
前記入口ポートと前記リザーバとの間における前記流路内に配設されている分離部材と、
前記入口ポートと前記分離部材との間における前記流路内に配設されている吸上部材と、
を含む生体液採集装置。 - 前記入口ポートは、多成分血液検体を受け入れるようになされている請求項1に記載の生体液採集装置。
- 前記分離部材は、前記多成分血液検体の第1の成分を捕捉し、前記多成分血液検体の第2の成分が通過可能であるようになされている請求項2に記載の生体液採集装置。
- 前記分離部材は、前記多成分血液検体の細胞成分を捕捉し、前記多成分血液検体の血漿成分がフィルタを通過して前記リザーバ内に入ることを可能にするようになされている請求項2に記載の生体液採集装置。
- 前記吸上部材は、前記穿刺部材の少なくとも一部を取り囲む請求項1に記載の生体液採集装置。
- 前記ハウジングは、作動機構を含み、前記作動機構の作動が、前記穿刺部材を前記作動前位置から前記穿刺位置まで移動させる請求項1に記載の生体液採集装置。
- 前記吸上部材は、配設されている検体安定剤を含む請求項1に記載の生体液採集装置。
- 前記移送ポートは、閉位置と開位置との間で移行可能な隔壁を含む請求項1に記載の生体液採集装置。
- 前記分離部材は、側方の流れ用フィルタおよび接線方向の流れ用フィルタのうちの一方である請求項1に記載の生体液採集装置。
- 前記分離部材は、配設されている検体安定剤を含む請求項1に記載の生体液採集装置。
- 多成分血液検体を受け入れるようになされている生体液採集装置を含む生体液採集および検査システムであって、
前記生体液採集装置は、
入口ポートと、移送ポートと、流路とを有するハウジングであり、前記入口ポートおよび前記移送ポートは前記流路を介して流体連通しており、さらに前記移送ポートに隣接し前記流路と流体連通しているリザーバを画定するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配設される穿刺部材であって、該穿刺部材が前記ハウジングの内部に保持されている作動前位置と前記穿刺部材が前記ハウジングの前記入口ポートを貫通し、前記流路との流体連通をもたらす穿刺位置との間の移動するようになされている穿刺部材と、
前記入口ポートと前記リザーバとの間における前記流路内に配設されている分離部材と、
前記入口ポートと前記分離部材との間における前記流路内に配設される吸上部材と、
を含み、
血液検査装置であって、前記生体液採集装置の前記リザーバから該血液検査装置まで前記多成分血液検体の成分の少なくとも一部を閉鎖して移送するために、前記生体液採集装置の前記移送ポートに係合するようにした受け口を有する血液検査装置と、
を含む生体液採集および検査システム。 - 前記移送ポートは、閉位置と開位置との間で移行可能な隔壁を含む請求項11に記載の生体液採集および検査システム。
- 前記移送ポートの少なくとも一部が前記血液検査装置の前記受け口内に押し込まれた場合、前記隔壁が前記閉位置から前記開位置まで移行する請求項12に記載の生体液採集および検査システム。
- 前記ハウジングは、作動機構を含み、前記作動機構の作動が、前記穿刺部材を前記作動前位置から前記穿刺位置まで移動させる請求項11に記載の生体液採集および検査システム。
- 前記吸上部材は、配設されている検体安定剤を含む請求項11に記載の生体液採集および検査システム。
- 前記分離部材は、側方の流れ用フィルタおよび接線方向の流れ用フィルタのうちの一方である請求項11に記載の生体液採集および検査システム。
- 前記分離部材は、配設されている検体安定剤を含む請求項11に記載の生体液採集および検査システム。
- 前記血液検査装置は、臨床現場即時検査装置である請求項11に記載の生体液採集および検査システム。
