Description
血液サンプルと安定剤との受動的かつ迅速な混合を提供すること、及びポイント・オブ・ケア検査装置に純粋な血漿部分を移送することができることである。臨床医は、血液サンプルを採取し、そして分離し、その後、直ぐに、さらに操作することなく、ポイント・オブ・ケア検査装置に血漿部分を移送することができる。このことは、血液に触れることなく、血漿の採取及びポイント・オブ・ケア検査装置への移送を可能にしている。さらに、血液の少量を必要とするのみの検査のための、真空チューブでの採血及び血漿分離に関連する廃棄物を排除している。また、本開示の血液サンプリング移送装置は、ランシング(lancing)、採血、血液分離の概念を組み込んでいる。
図5及び図6を参照するに、ランセット60の一部分は、血液サンプリング移送装置10のハウジング30内に配置されている。ランセット部分106は、穿刺端部112を有する穿刺要素110を含んでいる。穿刺端部112は、患者(図5)の皮膚表面Sを穿刺するように適合されており、尖端部、刃先、又は類似の切断機構を画定してもよい。穿刺端部112は、刃の尖端部が特定の方向に整列されるような、好ましい整列方向を含むことができる。
血液サンプリング移送装置10のハウジング30の下側部分34の出口ポート48を受容れる受容れポート26を含んでいる。血液検査装置24は、血液サンプルを分析し検査結果を得るために、ハウジング30の下側部分34を受容れるように適合されている。ポイント・オブ・ケア検査装置24の受容れポート26は、ハウジング30の下側部分34からポイント・オブ・ケア検査装置24への血液サンプルの閉鎖移送を可能にしている。
Claims (19)
- 多成分血液サンプルを受け容れるように適合された生体液サンプリング移送装置であって、
弾性変形可能な上側部分と、当該上側部分に取外し可能に接続可能な下側部分であって、入口ポート、出口ポート、及び流路であって、当該入口ポート及び出口ポートが流体連通する流路を有する、該下側部分と、を有するハウジングであって、当該上側部分が変形されていない位置と変形された位置との間で遷移可能である、該ハウジングと、
穿刺要素であって、当該穿刺要素の一部分は、当該ハウジング内に配置され、且つ当該穿刺要素が当該ハウジング内に保持される事前作動位置と当該穿刺要素がハウジングの下側部分の入口ポートを通って延びる穿刺位置との間での移動のために適合されている穿刺要素と、
を備えたことを特徴とする生体液サンプリング移送装置。 - 当該多成分血液サンプルは、第1の細胞成分及び第2の血漿成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体液サンプリング移送装置。
- 当該流路は、当該入口ポートを介して血液サンプルを受け容れるように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体液サンプリング移送装置。
- 当該上側部分頂の変形されていない位置から変形された位置までの作動が、当該穿刺要素を事前作動位置から穿刺位置に移動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体液サンプリング移送装置。
- 当該穿刺要素が穿刺位置に移動した後、当該上側部分はその変形されていない位置に戻り、そして当該穿刺要素は事前作動位置に戻ることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の生体液サンプリング移送装置。
- 血液サンプルが当該流路内に受容された状態で、当該下側部分は上側部分から取外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の生体液サンプリング移送装置。
- 当該下側部分の外側表面上に配置された接着剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体液サンプリング移送装置。
- 当該上側部分にチェックバルブをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体液サンプリング移送装置。
- 多成分血液サンプルを受容するように適合された生体液サンプリング移送装置であって、
弾性変形可能な上側部分と、当該上側部分に取外し可能に接続可能な下側部分であって、入口ポート、出口ポート、及び流路であって、当該入口ポート及び出口ポートが流体連通する流路を有する下側部分と、を有するハウジングであって、当該流路が当該入口ポートを介して血液サンプルを受容するように適合されており、当該上側部分が変形されていない位置と変形された位置との間で遷移可能であるハウジング、及び
穿刺要素であって、当該穿刺要素の一部分は、当該ハウジング内に配置され、且つ当該穿刺要素が当該ハウジング内に保持される事前作動位置と当該穿刺要素がハウジングの下側部分の入口ポートを通って延びる穿刺位置との間で移動するように適合されている穿刺要素、
を備え、
当該上側部分の変形されていない位置から変形された位置への作動が、当該穿刺要素を事前作動位置から穿刺位置へ移動させ、及び
当該穿刺要素が穿刺位置に移動した後、当該上側部分はその変形されていない位置に戻り、そして当該穿刺要素は事前作動位置に戻ることを特徴とする生体液サンプリング移送装置。 - 血液サンプルが当該流路内に受容された状態で、当該下側部分は上側部分から取外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の生体液サンプリング移送装置。
- 当該下側部分の外側表面上に配置された接着剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の生体液サンプリング移送装置。
- 当該上側部分にチェックバルブをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の生体液サンプリング移送装置。
- 多成分血液サンプルのための生体液の分離及び検査システムであって、当該生体液の分離及び検査システムは、
血液サンプルを受容するように適合された生体液サンプリング移送装置であって、
弾性変形可能な上側部分と、当該上側部分に取外し可能に接続可能な下側部分であって、入口ポート、出口ポート、及び流路であって、当該入口ポート及び出口ポートが流体連通する流路を有する下側部分と、を有するハウジングであって、当該流路が当該入口ポートを介して血液サンプルを受容するように適合されており、当該上側部分が変形されていない位置と変形された位置との間で遷移可能であるハウジング、及び
穿刺要素であって、当該穿刺要素の一部分は、当該ハウジング内に配置され、且つ当該穿刺要素が当該ハウジング内に保持される事前作動位置と当該穿刺要素がハウジングの下側部分の入口ポートを通って延びる穿刺位置との間での移動のために適合されている穿刺要素、を備え、
当該上側部分の変形されていない位置から変形された位置への作動が、当該穿刺要素を事前作動位置から穿刺位置へ移動させ、及び
当該穿刺要素が穿刺位置に移動した後、当該上側部分はその変形されていない位置に戻り、そして当該穿刺要素は事前作動位置に戻ることを特徴とする生体液サンプリング移送装置と、
血液検査装置であって、血液サンプルの一部の生体液サンプリング移送装置から血液検査装置へ出口ポートを介しての閉鎖された移送のために、生体液サンプリング移送装置のハウジングの下側部分の出口ポートを受容れるべく適合された受容れポートを有する血液検査装置と、
を備えたことを特徴とする生体液の分離及び検査システム。 - 当該血液検査装置は、ポイント・オブ・ケア検査装置からなることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の生体液の分離及び検査システム。
- 当該生体液サンプリング移送装置が血液検査装置の受容れポート内に受容れられた状態で、変形されていない位置から変形された位置までの上側部分の作動は、血液サンプルを出口ポートを介して、生体液サンプリング移送装置から血液検査装置へ移送させることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の生体液分離及び検査システム。
- 血液サンプルが流路内に受容れられている状態で、下側部分は上側部分から取外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の生体液分離及び検査システム。
- 血液分離装置をさらに備え、下側部分が上側部分から取外された状態で、当該下側部分は、血液分離装置内に受容れ可能であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の生体液分離及び検査システム。
- 当該下側部分が血液分離装置内に受容れられた状態で、当該下側部分に受容れられている血液サンプルは分離されていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の生体液分離及び検査システム。
- ハウジングの一部分は、サンプル安定剤を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の生体液分離及び検査システム。
