前記ポリアミドを定義するのに使用される命名法はISO規格1874-1:1992「Plastics - Polyamide (PA) molding and extrusion materials - Part 1: Designation」の特に3頁(表1及び2)に記載されている。
好ましくはアミン鎖末端の含有量は、25から100μeq/g、好ましくは30から58μeq/gである。
本発明の組成物は、任意選択的に及び有利には5から40重量%、好ましくは12から36重量%の少なくとも一のポリオレフィンを含む。
−アリルグリシジルエーテル、ビニルグリシジルエーテル、マレイン酸グリシジル及びイタコン酸グリシジル、アクリル酸グリシジル及びメタクリル酸グリシジル等の脂肪族グリシジルエステル類並びに脂肪族グリシジルエーテル類、及び

直鎖状又は分枝状の構造を有していてもよい。
−エチレン、アルキルアクリレートと、無水マレイン酸とのターポリマー類;
−エチレン、アルキルアクリレートと、グリシジルメタクリレートとのターポリマー類;
−無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されているポリエチレン類及びポリプロピレン類;
−無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されている、エチレンの、及びプロピレンの、及び任意選択的に、ジエン系単量体のコポリマー類;
−無水マレイン酸でグラフト化されている、エチレンとオクテンとのコポリマー類;
−及びそれらの混合物
である。

本発明の組成物は、有利には、可塑剤を含む。可塑剤の質量比率は、好ましくは1から10%、より好ましくは2から7%である。
−n−ブチルベンゼンスルホンアミド(BBSA)等のベンゼンスルホンアミド誘導体類、エチルトルエンスルホンアミド(ETSA)、N−シクロヘキシルトルエンスルホンアミド、及びN−(2−ヒドロキシプロピル)ベンゼンスルホンアミド(HP−BSA),のオルト及びパラ異性体類、

本発明の主題である上記の組成物は、熱可塑性構造体中の層として使用される。
−PA11/10.Tをベースとする組成物の内層と、PA6.6、PA6.10、又はPA6.12をベースとする組成物の外層とを含む二層管構造;
−PA6.6、PA6.10又はPA6.12をベースとする組成物の内層と、PA11/10.Tをベースとする組成物の外層とを含む二層管構造;
−PA11/10.Tをベースとする組成物の内層と、PA6.6、PA6.10又はPA6.12をベースとする組成物の中間層と、PA11/10.Tをベースとする組成物の外層とを含む三層構造。
蒸気圧縮回路は、少なくとも一の蒸発器、圧縮機、凝縮器及び膨張器、並びにこれらの素子間で伝熱流体を輸送するためのラインも含む。前記蒸発器及び凝縮器は、該回路内を循環する伝熱流体と他の流体又は物質との間の熱の交換を可能にする熱交換器を含む。
本発明の組成物(場合によって本発明に用いられる他のポリアミド系組成物も同様)は、溶融押出、圧縮又はロールミリング等、均一な混合物が得られる任意の方法により調製され得る。
「伝熱化合物」又は「伝熱流体」(或いは、冷媒又は冷熱生成流体)とは、それぞれ、蒸気圧縮回路内で、低温低圧で蒸発することにより熱を吸収することができ、高温高圧で凝縮することにより熱を放出することができる化合物又は流体である。一般的に、伝熱流体は、一、二、三又は四以上の伝熱化合物を含み得る。
実施例1-本発明の内層の特性の総合評価
本実施例では、式X/10.T(本発明によれば、モル比は0.5:1から0.7:1)のコポリアミドを含む組成物からなる層の種々の特性を、既知の組成物からなる層、すなわち:
−商品名Zytel(登録商標)ST811でDuPont社から販売されている製品に相当する、耐衝撃性改良PA6組成物からなる層;
−架橋ポリオレフィン類とPA6の合金(商品名Orgalloy(登録商標)LT5050 Naturel、アルケマ社製)からなる層;
−PA6.6/6.T組成物からなる層;
−PA9.T又はPA10.T組成物(Genestar(登録商標)N1001 D)からなる層
の種々の特性と比較する。
本実施例では、(本発明による)式X/10.Tのコポリアミドを含む組成物からなる層を有するフッ素化冷媒(R−1234yf及びR−134a)に対する透過性を、既知の組成物からなる層、すなわち:
−自動車用空調回路内の冷媒の輸送のためのベニヤ管の内層に関する現行の商品的基準となっている、商品名Zytel(登録商標)ST811でDuPont社より販売されている製品に相当する耐衝撃性改良PA6の層;
−商品名Rilsan(登録商標)RDG113でArkema社より販売されている製品に相当するPA6/6.6コポリマーをベースとする層;
−商品名Rilsan(登録商標)BESN Noir P126TLでArkema社より販売され、その高耐熱性で知られているPA11をベースとする層;
−上記の組成物1からなる(本発明による)層;
−上記の組成物2からなる(本発明による)層
の透過性と比較する。
本実施例では、式X/10.T(本発明によれば、組成物2)の半芳香族ポリアミドを含む組成物からなる層の水に対する透過性を、既知の組成物、すなわち、PA11をベースとする組成物(製品Besno TL)、PA12をベースとする組成物(製品Aesno TL)、Orgalloy(登録商標)組成物(R60ES)及び安定化されたPA6の組成物、からなる層の水に対する透過性と比較する。
本実施例では、℃で表される典型的な溶融温度(ISO規格11357により測定)、MPaで表される典型的な(乾燥)引張係数(ISO規格527に従って測定)、及び1000時間の半減期の間の耐熱性(ISO規格527による破壊伸び率特性に従って測定)が、ポリアミドPA6.6/6.T、ポリフタルアミドPA9.T(Genestar(登録商標)N1001D)、ポリアミドPA6(安定化)、Orgalloy(登録商標)ラインのポリアミド(LT5050 Naturel)及び本発明のコポリアミド(組成物1及び2)について比較される。

- 蒸気圧縮回路中において伝熱流体を輸送するための、請求項1から16の何れか一項に記載の熱可塑性構造体の使用。
- 前記伝熱流体が請求項19又は20に記載されている通りである、請求項21に記載の使用。
- 伝熱流体を収容する蒸気圧縮回路によって液体又は物質を加熱又は冷却するための方法であって、前記伝熱流体の蒸発、前記伝熱流体の圧縮、前記熱流体の凝縮、及び前記伝熱流体の膨張を連続して含み、前記蒸気圧縮回路が請求項1から16の何れか一項に記載の熱可塑性構造体を含む、方法。
- 暖房、冷房、冷蔵又は冷凍のための方法であって、好ましく自動車用空調のための方法である、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記伝熱流体が請求項19又は20に記載されている通りである、請求項23又は24に記載の方法。
- 式X/10.T/Yのコポリアミドを含む組成物の層を適用する工程を含む、請求項1から16の何れか一項に記載の熱可塑性構造体を製造するための方法。
- 前記層が射出成形、押出成形、押出吹込成形、共押出又は多重射出成形により適用される、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性構造体が多層管であり、共押出ヘッドを備えた押出機での押出成形の工程を含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
