Claims (9)
- 車両用タイヤの加硫金型から空気を抜く通気弁(1)であって、
弁スリーブ(2)と、
前記弁スリーブ(2)内部に構成される通気チャネル(3)と、
前記弁スリーブ(2)内に配置される可動内部部品(4)であって、前記可動内部部品(4)は弁棒(5)を備え、前記弁棒(5)の一端部には、前記通気チャネル(3)を開閉する弁体(6)が設けられ、前記弁体(6)は、前記通気弁(1)の閉鎖位置では前記弁スリーブ(2)の停止面(7)に当接し、開放位置では前記停止面(7)から隙間を置く、可動内部部品(4)と、
前記内部部品(4)を前記開放位置に付勢するバネ部材(8)と、を備え、
前記弁体(6)の前記前面(9)には隆起部(12)が設けられることを特徴とする、通気弁。 - 前記隆起部(12)の前記高さ(h)が0.01mm〜1.5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の通気弁。
- 前記隆起部(12)は凸面状であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の通気弁。
- 前記隆起部(12)は円錐台の形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の通気弁。
- 前記隆起部(12)は円筒形であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の通気弁。
- 前記隆起部(12)は、前記前面(9)の領域全体に亘って延在するか、又は前記前面(9)の領域の一部のみに亘って延在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の通気弁。
- 前記弁棒(5)の他端部には突出部(13)が設けられ、前記突出部(13)は、前記通気弁(1)が前記開放位置にある間、前記弁スリーブの他端(14)に対して自己支持するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の通気弁。
- 前記通気弁(1)が前記閉鎖位置にある場合、前記弁体(6)の前記前面(9)全体が前記弁スリーブ(2)から突出するか、又は、前記前面(9)の一部が前記弁スリーブ(2)から突出し、前記前面(9)の他の部分が前記弁スリーブの前記端(15)と同じ高さになることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の通気弁。
- 前記隆起部(12)は、その頂部に向かって細くなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の通気弁。
