Claims (10)
- バッテリーパックに含まれる複数の円筒型二次電池セル(以下、「セル」とする)を有する4つのバッテリーモジュールが電気的に直列接続されたバッテリーモジュール集合体用の内部ケースであって、
前記バッテリーモジュール集合体の側面のうち、対向する両側面に接する側面フレームと、
前記バッテリーモジュール集合体の上部面に接する上部フレームと、
前記バッテリーモジュール集合体の電極に電気的に接続され、前記上部フレームの上端に位置した電極ポストと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール集合体用の内部ケース。 - 前記内部ケースには、前記バッテリーモジュール集合体に含まれたバッテリーモジュールに形成された螺線に、前記側面フレームに形成された穴及びねじを用いて結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール集合体用の内部ケース。
- 前記側面フレームには、前記セルの放熱のための穴が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール集合体用の内部ケース。
- 前記電極ポストには、前記バッテリーモジュール集合体の上端に連結されたバスバーによって電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール集合体用の内部ケース。
- 前記上部フレームは、取っ手が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール集合体用の内部ケース。
- 前記上部フレームは、バッテリー管理装置が装着される空間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール集合体用の内部ケース。
- 前記上部フレーム及び前記側面フレームは、高分子物質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール集合体用の内部ケース。
- 前記高分子物質は、ポリカーボネートであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール集合体用の内部ケース。
- 前記高分子物質は、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール集合体用の内部ケース。
- 前記高分子物質は、ハロゲン族元素が含まれていないポリカーボネートとアクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン樹脂との混合物であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール集合体用の内部ケース。
