Abstract
Description
本発明は、以下のステップをふくむ磁性セラミックの製造方法;
粉末組成物を型成形するステップと、該ステップにおいて、粉末組成物は電気的に絶縁性の無機質材料で被覆されたコア粒子の混合体を含み、該コア粒子は軟磁性の鉄若しくは鉄をベースとする粉末であり、無機質材料は粉末組成物において1〜35質量%を占め、
粉末組成物を圧縮してペレットを形成するステップと、
型から型成形体を取り出すステップと、
型成形体を非還元性の雰囲気下において加圧かつ加熱するステップと、該ステップにおいて、加圧と加熱の条件は鉄又は鉄をベースとした粉末が分解する条件より低く(しかし、その条件に近い)、及び
加圧かつ加熱するステップを経て得られた型成形体を、必要に応じて、300℃〜600℃の還元性雰囲気で加熱するステップ。
ペンタカルボニル鉄 Fe(CO)5から得られた鉄を、重量比率を変えて、市販の六方晶窒化ホウ素(BN)と一緒に、メノウ乳鉢ですりつぶした(1h)。得られた粉末を0.2GPaの圧力で冷間加圧した。冷間加圧されたペレット状の「型成形体」を炭酸カルシュウムの容器(CaCO3)に入れて黒鉛ヒーターで1分間処理した。
Claims (14)
- 軟磁気セラミック材の製造方法であって、
ペンタカルボニル鉄Fe(CO)5から得られた鉄とBNとの混合物からなる粉末組成物を型成形し、
型成形体を型から取り出し、
取り出された前記型成形体を、黒鉛ヒーターを有する炭酸カルシュウム(CaCO3)の容器に設置し、
前記型成形体を2―8GPaの圧力かつ1000―2000℃温度で処理する、
軟磁気セラミック材の製造方法。 - 前記鉄と前記BNとの重量%の関係が少なくとも1:1である請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- BN媒体の中に分散された鉄または鉄をベースとする粉末粒子がセラミックの多結晶構造を形成する、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 鉄または鉄をベースとする粉末とBNとは少なくとも1時間すりつぶされる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記型成形は室温で行われる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記型成形は0.1から0.2GPaの圧力で行われる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 焼結が1000℃と2000℃の間の温度で行われる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 焼結が2GPaと8GPaの間の圧力で行われる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- BN絶縁層が得られたセラミックの腐食を減少させる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- BN絶縁層が得られたセラミックの電気抵抗率を増加させる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 得られたセラミックの電気抵抗率が少なくとも0.01Ωmである、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 二酸化チタン、グラファイト、グラフェン、炭化ケイ素、希土類金属とDブロック元素が加えられる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 鉄及びBNと他の潤滑剤との重量%の関係が少なくとも1:1である、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 当該セラミックが導電率に関して抵抗率を持つ状態で磁気誘導の飽和値が少なくとも1.8Tある、請求項1若しくは請求項12に記載の製造方法。
