Abstract
Description
本出願は、2013年1月25日出願の特許出願「A medical device and method for facilitating selection of an annuloplasty implant」、2013年1月25日出願の特許出願「A valve for short time replacement, for taking over the function of and/or for temporary or partial support of a native valve in a heart」、2013年1月25日出願の特許出願「A medical system, and a device for collecting chordae and/or leaflets」、及び2013年1月25日出願の特許出願「Temporary atrium support device」に関するものである。
本発明は、全体的に心臓弁修復の分野に関する。より具体的に、本発明は僧帽弁修復に関する。
心臓弁修復は、時間的に厳しく且つ困難な手順であるということが知られている。今日における既知のシステムと方法は、作業に長時間を要し、且つ、作業を行う医療スタッフには非常に高度なものである。それ故、患者の生命は、医療スタッフの技術と、心臓弁に関連した問題の発見の時間に大いに依存する。

Claims (15)
- 僧帽弁を修復するため医療用システムであって:
仮弁体、
交連ロケータ装置、及び
弁輪形成インプラント(30)
を含み、
前記交連ロケータ装置は、前記僧帽弁を修復するための少なくとも1つの交連を位置付けて且つ前記弁輪形成インプラント(30)の形状及び/又は大きさの測定値を提供するためのものであり、交連ロケータ装置と仮弁体は接続される
ことを特徴とする医療用システム。 - 前記弁輪形成インプラントが螺旋形状を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用システム。
- 前記交連ロケータ装置が、2つの対向する交連での位置付けのために適用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の医療用システム。
- 交連ロケータ装置が、楕円錐形を持つ拡張部材を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の医療用システム。
- 仮弁体は、拡張部材の楕円錐形の断面のほぼ中心位置に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医療用システム。
- 医療用システムは更に、腱索収集ユニット(11)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1つに記載の医療用システム。
- 心房支援部材を更に備えており、ここで、心房支援部材、仮弁体、及び交連ロケータ装置が接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1つに記載の医療用システム。

僧帽弁に弁輪形成インプラントを位置決めする工程、及び
僧帽弁を修復するために僧帽弁に弁輪形成インプラントを固定する工程
