Claims (10)

  1. 僧帽弁を修復するため医療用システムであって:
    仮弁体、
    交連ロケータ装置、及び
    弁輪形成インプラント(30)
    を含み、
    前記交連ロケータ装置は、前記僧帽弁を修復するための少なくとも1つの交連を位置付けて且つ前記弁輪形成インプラント(30)の形状及び/又は大きさの測定値を提供するためのものであり、交連ロケータ装置と仮弁体は接続される
    ことを特徴とする医療用システム。
  2. 前記弁輪形成インプラントが螺旋形状を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用システム。
  3. 前記交連ロケータ装置が、2つの対向する交連での位置付けのために適用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の医療用システム。
  4. 交連ロケータ装置が、楕円錐形を持つ拡張部材を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載の医療用システム。
  5. 仮弁体は、拡張部材の楕円錐形の断面のほぼ中心位置に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の医療用システム。
  6. 医療用システムは更に、腱索収集ユニット(11)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1つに記載の医療用システム。
  7. 心房支援部材を更に備えており、ここで、心房支援部材、仮弁体、及び交連ロケータ装置が接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1つに記載の医療用システム。
  8. 前記拡張部材(21)は、少なくとも部分的にカテーテル(5)の内部に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1つに記載の医療用システム。
  9. 前記カテーテル(5)を備えており、前記カテーテル(5)は操作側端部と遠位端を有し、前記拡張部材は、少なくとも1つの交連との付着のためにカテーテル(5)の遠位端から相対的に拡張自在な測定側端部を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の医療用システム。
  10. 弁輪形成インプラント(30)の形状及び/又は大きさの選択に関連する測定値は、心臓弁に位置決めされた時にカテーテル(5)の遠位端から少なくとも1つの交連までの、拡張部材(21)の測定側端部の少なくとも1つの延出長に基づく、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の医療用システム。
