Claims (15)

複数の腱索及び/又は弁尖を把持し、及び複数の腱索及び/又は弁尖を装置に向かって引っ張るユニットを含むことを特徴とする、装置。 - 複数の腱索をつかむための前記ユニットは、フック、リング、及び/又は液体で満たされたバルーンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記人工弁は送達のために折り畳み自在、及び/又は、送達後に拡張自在であり、ここで前記装置が人工弁に付けられる又は人工弁と統合されることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の装置。
- 複数の腱索及び/又は弁尖を把持するための前記ユニットは複数のフックを含み、前記フックが前記人工弁に沿って外部に等距離で配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記腱索及び/又は弁尖が収集され、前記人工弁の回転により前記人工弁の方へと配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3乃至6の何れか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記人工弁は、前記人工弁の回転により、前記腱索及び前記生体弁に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項3乃至6の何れか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記人工弁の前記回転はカテーテルの回転によって作動されることを特徴とする、請求項7乃至8の何れか一つに記載の装置。
- クリップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項3乃至9の何れか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記腱索及び/又は前記弁尖は、前記クリップで前記人工弁に向かって適所に維持されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記クリップが螺旋形として成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載の装置。
- 生体弁の短期間の置換のための、及び/又は、鼓動する心臓の手術中の一時的な使用のための、請求項1又は2に記載の医療システムの使用。
- 生体弁の短期間の置換のための、及び/又は、鼓動する心臓の手術中の一時的な使用のための、請求項3乃至12の何れか一つに記載の装置の使用。
- 救命介入、急性の弁尖及び/又は腱索の破裂における介入の間の、請求項3乃至12の何れか一つに記載の装置の使用。
