Claims (33)
1. Медицинская система для восстановления митрального клапана, включающая в себя:
временный клапан,
устройство локализации комиссур для локализации по меньшей мере одной комиссуры и обеспечения измерения формы и/или размера импланта (30) для аннулопластики для восстановления митрального клапана, при этом устройство локализации комиссур и временный клапан соединены, и
имплант (30) для аннулопластики.
2. Медицинская система по п. 1, в которой имплант для аннулопластики имеет спиралевидную форму.
3. Медицинская система по п. 1, в которой устройство локализации комиссур выполнено с возможностью локализации на двух противоположных комиссурах.
4. Медицинская система по п. 2, в которой устройство локализации комиссур выполнено с возможностью локализации на двух противоположных комиссурах.
5. Медицинская система по п. 1, в которой устройство локализации комиссур содержит удлиняемый элемент, имеющий овально-коническую форму.
6. Медицинская система по любому из пп. 2-4, в которой устройство локализации комиссур содержит удлиняемый элемент, имеющий овально-коническую форму.
7. Медицинская система по п. 5, в которой временный клапан размещен по существу в центрированном положении поперечного разреза овально-конической формы удлиняемого элемента.
8. Медицинская система по п. 6, в которой временный клапан размещен по существу в центрированном положении поперечного разреза овально-конической формы удлиняемого элемента.
9. Медицинская система по любому из пп. 1-5, 7, 8, дополнительно включающая в себя собирающий хорды блок.
10. Медицинская система по п. 6, дополнительно включающая в себя собирающий хорды блок.
11. Медицинская система по любому из пп. 1-5, 7, 8, 10,
дополнительно включающая в себя опорный элемент предсердия, при этом опорный элемент предсердия, временный клапан и устройство локализации комиссур соединены.
12. Медицинская система по п. 6, дополнительно включающая в себя опорный элемент предсердия, при этом опорный элемент предсердия, временный клапан и устройство локализации комиссур соединены.
13. Медицинская система по п. 9, дополнительно включающая в себя опорный элемент предсердия, при этом опорный элемент предсердия, временный клапан и устройство локализации комиссур соединены.
14. Медицинская система по любому из пп. 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, в которой удлиняемый элемент (21) по меньшей мере частично расположен внутри катетера (5).
15. Медицинская система по п. 6, в которой удлиняемый элемент (21) по меньшей мере частично расположен внутри катетера (5).
16. Медицинская система по п. 9, в которой удлиняемый элемент (21) по меньшей мере частично расположен внутри катетера (5).
17. Медицинская система по п. 11, в которой удлиняемый элемент (21) по меньшей мере частично расположен внутри катетера (5).
18. Медицинская система по п. 14, включающая в себя катетер (5), который имеет операторский конец и дистальный конец, при этом удлиняемый элемент имеет измерительный конец, который может удлиняться относительно дистального конца катетера (5) для совмещения с указанной по меньшей мере одной комиссурой.
19. Медицинская система по любому из пп. 15-17, включающая в себя катетер (5), который имеет операторский конец и дистальный конец, при этом удлиняемый элемент имеет измерительный конец, который может удлиняться относительно дистального конца катетера (5) для совмещения с указанной по меньшей мере одной комиссурой.
20. Медицинская система по п. 18, в которой измерение,
связанное с подбором формы и/или размера имплантов (30) для аннулопластики, основано по меньшей мере на увеличенной длине измерительного конца удлиняемого элемента (21) от дистального конца катетера (5) при размещении в клапане сердца до по меньшей мере одной комиссуры.
21. Способ восстановления митрального клапана, включающий стадии:
- за один прием, размещение временного клапана посредством применения устройства локализации комиссур, соединенного с временным клапаном, и измерение размера и/или формы импланта для аннулопластики посредством применения устройства локализации комиссур,
- размещение импланта для аннулопластики в митральном клапане, и
- закрепление импланта для аннулопластики в митральном клапане для восстановления митрального клапана.
22. Способ по п. 21, в котором стадию размещения временного клапана и устройства локализации комиссур выполняют посредством перемещения временного клапана и устройства локализации комиссур сверху вниз от предсердия по направлению к желудочку.
23. Способ по любому из пп. 21 или 22, в котором временный клапан закрепляют посредством применения собирающего хорды блока, соединенного с временным клапаном и устройством локализации комиссур.
24. Способ по п. 21 или 22, в котором дополнительно включена стадия размещения временного клапана посредством применения устройства поддержки предсердия, соединенного с устройством локализации комиссур и временным клапаном.
25. Способ по п. 21 или 22, в котором доступ к митральному клапану получают трансфеморально или трансапикально.
