Claims (9)
- 血管を通して展開可能なガイドデバイスにおいて、

延伸性部材に作動的に結合された遠位先端部を有するガイド管と、
第1の内腔を含む第1の細長い部材と、
第2の内腔を含む第2の細長い部材と、を含み、
前記延伸性部材が、第1の細長い部材に連結された第1の端部と第2の細長い部材に連結された相対する第2の端部との間に延在し、こうして、延伸性部材は、第1の細長い部材との関係における第2の細長い部材の長手方向変位に応答して外向きに湾曲するようになっている、ガイドデバイス。 - 延伸性部材が、圧潰位置と延伸位置との間での延伸性部材の選択的起動に応えて移動する、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 前記ガイド管は、可撓性を有し、かつ、前記ガイド管は、第1の細長い部材との関係における第2の細長い部材の対応する長手方向変位に応答して延伸性部材が外向きに湾曲するにつれて、湾曲するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 延伸性部材が、延伸位置ある場合に内部を通る流体の灌流を可能にするための不連続構造を有する、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 延伸性部材は、前記延伸性部材が前記圧潰位置にある時に前記ガイドデバイスの周りの流体の灌流を可能にしかつ前記延伸性部材が前記延伸位置にある時に前記延伸性部材の前記複数のスラットの間の流体の灌流を可能にするように構成されている、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 延伸性部材が、実質的に半径方向に対称に延伸している、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 延伸性部材がニチノールを含む、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 延伸性部材が、延伸位置直径範囲全体にわたって調整可能である、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 遠位先端部がX線不透過性材料を含む、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
