Abstract

Claims (16)
- 血管を通して展開可能なガイドデバイスにおいて、
圧潰位置と外向きに延在する延伸位置の間で移動可能な延伸性部材と、
延伸性部材に作動的に結合され、一般に圧潰位置の延伸性部材と平行な第1の位置とこの第1の位置に対し斜めの第2の位置との間で移動可能である遠位先端部を有するガイド管と、
第1の内腔を含む第1の細長い部材と、
第2の内腔と側方開口部とを含む第2の細長い部材と、を含み、
前記ガイド管が前記側方開口部を通過して前記延伸性部材と連結し、前記ガイド管が第2の内腔に沿って配置され、第2の細長い部材が第1の内腔に沿って配置され、延伸性部材が、第1の細長い部材に連結された第1の端部と第2の細長い部材に連結された相対する第2の端部との間に延在し、こうして、延伸性部材は、第1の細長い部材との関係における第2の細長い部材の長手方向変位に応答して外向きに延在するようになっており、
前記延伸性部材は、前記ガイド管と適合するのに適した少なくとも1つのアパーチャを含むガイドデバイス。 - 第2の位置が一般に第1の位置に直交している、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 延伸性部材が、圧潰位置と延伸位置との間での延伸性部材の選択的起動に応えて移動する、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 延伸性部材が1つのアパーチャを含み、ガイド管の遠位先端部がアパーチャと一致する延伸性部材に連結されている、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 第1の細長い部材との関係における第2の細長い部材の対応する長手方向変位に応答して延伸性部材が延伸するにつれて、遠位先端部が第1の位置と第2の位置の間で移動可能である、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 延伸性部材が、延伸位置ある場合に内部を通る流体の灌流を可能にするための不連続構造を有する、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 延伸性部材が、延伸位置と圧潰位置の間を移動する場合に内部の通る流体の灌流を可能にするための不連続構造を有する、請求項6に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 延伸性部材が、実質的に半径方向に対称に延伸している、請求項6に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 延伸性部材が、マルコー構造、メッシュ部材、対角方向又は長手方向スリットを伴う管、及び少なくとも1つのスラットのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項6に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 延伸性部材がニチノールを含む、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 膨張時点で延伸性部材を延伸させる膨張性部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
- 延伸性部材は、圧潰位置に移動した場合に、収縮後の膨張性部材を閉じ込めるように構成されている、請求項11に記載のガイドデバイス。
- ガイド管の遠位先端部が、一般に送達経路に対して直交する方向に血管内工具を誘導する、請求項1に記載のガイドデバイス。
