Abstract
【解決手段】負荷部品に電流変動の速い直流電流を供給する高周波直流コンバータと、負荷部品に高周波直流コンバータよりも相対的に電流変動の遅い直流電流を供給する低周波直流コンバータとを有する。低周波直流コンバータは高周波直流コンバータよりも負荷部品から離れて配置される。

- 電流供給を受ける負荷部品と
前記負荷部品に電流変動の速い直流電流を供給する高周波直流コンバータと、
前記高周波直流コンバータよりも前記負荷部品から離れて配置され、前記負荷部品に前記高周波直流コンバータよりも相対的に電流変動の遅い直流電流を供給する低周波直流コンバータと、
を有するコンバータ搭載基板。 - 電流供給を受ける負荷部品と、
前記負荷部品が搭載される部品搭載基材と、
前記部品搭載基材に搭載され、前記負荷部品に電流変動の速い直流電流を供給する高周波直流コンバータと、
前記部品搭載基材と別体のコンバータ搭載基材と、
前記コンバータ搭載基材に搭載され、前記負荷部品に前記高周波直流コンバータよりも相対的に電流変動の遅い直流電流を供給する低周波直流コンバータと、
を有するコンバータ搭載基板。 - 前記部品搭載基材と前記コンバータ搭載基材との間に前記低周波直流コンバータからの供給電流が流れるピラーを有する請求項2に記載のコンバータ搭載基板。
- 前記ピラーが、前記負荷部品が搭載される前記部品搭載基材の部品搭載面の反対側から前記部品搭載基材に接続されている請求項3に記載のコンバータ搭載基板。
