Abstract
【解決手段】無接点給電方式にて一次コイルを介して電力が供給される二次コイルモジュール20は、筒状の筒状部24、及び当該筒状部24の軸方向一方側の端部の開口を閉じるように筒状部24と一体成型された底部25を有し、磁性材料からなるコア21と、筒状部24の内側の収容空間26に収容され、一次コイルを介して供給される電力により充電される蓄電池30と、コア21の外側であって、コア21の底部25の側に配置される巻線22と、を備える。

Description
上記実施形態では、巻線22が筒状部24を囲むように螺旋状に巻き回されるとして説明したが、巻線22を渦巻き状に巻き回して構成することも可能である。このような巻線22を用いて構成した二次コイルモジュール20が図6に示される。このとき、巻線22は磁性体からなる保護フィルム33に載置して、両面テープ付き磁性シート34でコア21の底部25の外側の面に貼り付けると良い。巻線22は、プリント基板の金属層を渦巻き状にパターンニングして形成しても良い。

Claims (6)
- 無接点給電方式にて一次コイルを介して電力が供給される二次コイルモジュールであって、
筒状の筒状部、及び当該筒状部の軸方向一方側の端部の開口を閉じるように前記筒状部と一体成型された底部を有し、磁性材料からなるコアと、
前記筒状部の内側の収容空間に収容され、前記電力により充電される蓄電池と、
前記コアの外側であって、前記コアの前記底部の側に配置される巻線と、
を備える二次コイルモジュール。 - 前記コアは、前記筒状部の軸方向他方側の端部が開口して構成され、前記軸方向他方側の端部が磁性材料からなる蓋部材で閉じられている請求項1に記載の二次コイルモジュール。
- 前記巻線は前記筒状部を囲むように螺旋状に巻き回される請求項1又は2に記載の二次コイルモジュール。
- 前記巻線は渦巻き状に巻き回され、前記コアの底部に対向して配置される請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の二次コイルモジュール。
- 前記コアは、軟磁性の磁性材料を含む樹脂で構成される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の二次コイルモジュール。
- 前記収容空間には、前記蓄電池の充電を制御する蓄電制御回路も収容される請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の二次コイルモジュール。
