Abstract
Description
塩素化ブチルゴム(JSR CHLOROBUTYL1066 JSR株式会社製)100質量部、ステアリン酸(精製ステアリン酸550V 花王株式会社製)0.3質量部、高活性酸化マグネシウム(キョーワマグ150 協和化学工業株式会社製)2質量部、カーボンブラック(旭#35 旭カーボン株式会社)1質量部、酸化チタン(タイペークR−630 石原産業株式会社)3質量部、超高分子量ポリエチレンパウダー(ミペロンXM−220 三井化学株式会社製)20質量部、パラフィンオイル(ダイアナプロセスオイルPW−380 出光興産株式会社)5質量部、湿式シリカ(ニップシールEL 東ソー・シリカ株式会社製)60質量部、3−メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン(Z−6062 東レ・ダウコーニング株式会社製)0.6質量部を配合し混練した後、2−メルカプト−メチル−ベンゾイミダゾール(レノグランMMBI−70 ラインケミージャパン株式会社)1.00質量部を配合してゴム組成物とした。これを混練し反応させて成形し、封止材を得た。
実施例1の3−メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシランに替えて3−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン(Z−6011 東レ・ダウコーニング株式会社製)を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、封止材を得た。
実施例1にタルク(ミクロエースP−8 日本タルク株式会社製)と3−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシランを追加した以外は実施例1と同様にして、封止材を得た。
3−メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシランを用いなかったこと、また湿式シリカに替えてタルクを用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、封止材を得た。
実施例1〜3及び比較例1で得られた封止材を用いて、各物性評価試験を行った。各物性評価試験の結果を表2に示す。
JIS K 6253に準拠してタイプAデュロメーターにて硬さ試験を行った。各実施例及び比較例で調製されたゴム組成物を186℃で15分加硫させることで得られた厚さ12mmの試験片を使用した。
JIS K 6262に準拠し熱老化における圧縮永久歪み試験を行った。試験方法としては、各実施例及び比較例で調製されたゴム組成物を186℃で15分加硫させることで得られた封止材を使用し、φ29mm及び厚み12.5mmの試験片としてそれを厚み9.38mmまで25%圧縮させ、70℃で72時間の加熱処理した後、開放した。治具から解放して30分経過した後に、25%圧縮されたままで全く戻らなかった場合を圧縮永久歪み100%とし、元の厚さまで完全に戻った場合を0%とする。
実施例1〜3及び比較例1で調製されたゴム組成物を186℃で10分加硫させることで得られたガスケット製品である封止材を試料として用いて、溶出物試験を行った。
Claims (7)
- 前記ゴム組成物が、前記ハロゲン化ゴムの100質量部に対し、前記フィラーを10〜150質量部と、前記2−メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール誘導体を0.5〜1.5質量部とを含み、かつ、そのフィラーの含有量に対して0.5〜2質量%の前記アルコキシシラン化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封止材。
- 前記フィラーが、前記アルコキシシラン化合物で表面処理されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封止材。
- 前記ハロゲン化ゴムが、塩素化ブチルゴム、臭素化ブチルゴム、及びクロロプレンゴムから選ばれる少なくとも何れかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封止材。
- 前記アルコキシシラン化合物が、3−メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3−メルカプトプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、N−2−(アミノエチル)−3−アミノプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、及びN−2−(アミノエチル)−3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシランから選ばれる少なくとも何れかであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封止材。
- 医薬用及び医療用であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封止材。
- ガスケット、Oリング、パッキン、シール材、又はゴム栓であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の封止材。
