Abstract
【解決手段】要求濃度の化学物質を有する要求量の使用溶液を調製するために、固体化学物質を定量供給する。いくつかの例では、要求使用溶液を調製するために必要となる希釈剤の目標量及び化学物質の目標量を割り出す。希釈剤の目標量を容器内に定量供給する。容器内の希釈剤の少なくともいくらかを固体化学物質に供給することにより、結果としての使用溶液を形成し、この結果としての使用溶液は容器内に戻される。容器内の使用溶液の量が要求量を満たすまで、容器からの希釈剤を化学物質に供給する。いくつかの例では、希釈剤の目標量及び化学物質の目標量は、重量で測定される。

Claims (5)
- 容器と、秤量装置と、コントローラ、前記コントローラに接続されたメモリー、及び前記コントローラに接続されたユーザーインターフェイスを備えた電子構成部とを具備する定量供給システムであって、
前記メモリーは、前記ユーザーインターフェイスから選択することができる1つ以上の定量供給モードに対応するソフトウェア・モジュールを記憶しており、
前記容器内に、使用溶液の要求量を調製するために必要となる希釈剤の目標量が定量供給され、
前記秤量装置は、前記容器及び前記容器の任意の内容物の重量に関与する容器重量情報を得るために配置されており、
前記コントローラは、調製されるべき前記使用溶液の要求量と、前記使用溶液中の化学物質の要求濃度とを指定する定量供給要求を受け、前記要求量の前記使用溶液を調製するために必要となる、前記希釈剤の目標重量を割り出し、そして前記要求量の前記使用溶液を調製するために必要となる、定量供給されるべき前記化学物質の目標重量を割り出し、そして前記容器内の前記使用溶液の量が前記容器重量情報に基づく前記要求量を満たすまで、前記化学物質上への前記希釈剤の供給を管理し、
前記コントローラは、さらに、前記化学物質に前記容器からの前記希釈剤の少なくともいくらかを第1所定期間にわたって噴霧すること、そして前記化学物質への噴霧を第2所定期間にわたって停止することを含む噴霧オンオフサイクルを開始し、前記容器重量情報を受信し、前記容器重量情報から前記容器内の前記使用溶液の重量を割り出し、前記要求量の使用溶液の目標重量と、前記容器内の前記使用溶液の重量との差を閾値と比較し、前記閾値が満たされるまで前記噴霧オンオフサイクルを繰り返す、定量供給システム。 - 前記化学物質は、化学物質濃縮物の固形ブロック、ペレット、タブレット、注型製品、又は押し出し製品のうちの1つを含む、請求項1に記載の定量供給システム。
- 前記秤量装置は1つ以上のロードセルを含む、請求項1に記載の定量供給システム。
- さらに液体循環サブシステムを含み、前記液体循環サブシステムは前記容器から希釈剤を引き出し、そして前記希釈剤を、定量供給されるべき固体化学物質上に噴霧し、そして得られる使用溶液を、前記容器内に戻す、請求項1に記載の定量供給システム。
- 前記コントローラはさらに、
前記希釈剤が前記容器内に定量供給される際に通る弁を電子的に制御し、
前記容器重量情報を受信し、
前記容器重量情報から前記容器内の前記希釈剤の重量を割り出し、
前記容器内の前記希釈剤の重量と、前記要求量の使用溶液を調製するために必要となる前記希釈剤の目標重量とを比較し、
前記比較に基づいて、前記容器内への前記希釈剤の定量供給を停止するように前記弁を電子的に制御する、請求項1に記載の定量供給システム。
