Description
Claims (7)
- 第1ドグ歯を有する第1部材と、前記第1ドグ歯に噛み合う第2ドグ歯を有する第2部材とを備え、前記各ドグ歯を噛み合わせることにより前記第1部材と前記第2部材とをトルク伝達可能にする第1係合装置と、
相対回転可能に設けられた第3部材と第4部材とを備え、かつ前記第3部材と前記第4部材との伝達トルク容量を変化させることができる第2係合装置とを備え、
前記第1係合装置および前記第2係合装置を係合させることにより所定の変速段を設定するように構成された変速機の制御装置において、
前記第1係合装置および前記第2係合装置を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1係合装置を解放させ、かつ前記第2係合装置を係合させることにより設定される他の変速段から、前記所定の変速段に変更する際に、前記第2係合装置の伝達トルク容量を低下させた状態で、前記第1係合装置を係合させ、その後に前記第2係合装置の伝達トルク容量を増大させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の変速機の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記他の変速段から前記所定の変速段に変更する際における前記第2係合装置の伝達トルク容量を、前記第1係合装置が係合することにより前記第2係合装置にトルクが伝達された場合に、前記第3部材と前記第4部材とが相対回転する所定の伝達トルク容量まで低下させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の変速機の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記第2係合装置の伝達トルク容量が前記所定の伝達トルク容量まで低下した後に、前記第1ドグ歯と前記第2ドグ歯とが噛み合い始めるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の変速機の制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1係合装置が係合した後における前記第2係合装置の伝達トルク容量を、漸次的に増大させられるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の変速機の制御装置において、
前記第1ドグ歯と前記第2ドグ歯とが噛み合い始める際に、前記第1ドグ歯と前記第2ドグ歯とが接触した場合に、その接触する面に作用する荷重により前記第1部材と前記第2部材とが相対回転するように、前記第1ドグ歯と前記第2ドグ歯との少なくともいずれか一方の接触面が傾斜して形成されている
ことを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の変速機の制御装置において、
前記所定の変速段を設定した際における変速比は、前記他の変速段を設定した際における変速比よりも大きい変速比であり、
前記コントローラは、
前記変速機の入力回転数が減少している際に、前記他の変速段から前記所定の変速段に変更するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の変速機の制御装置において、
前記所定の変速段を設定した際における変速比は、前記他の変速段を設定した際における変速比よりも小さい変速比であり、
前記コントローラは、
前記変速機の入力回転数が増加している際に、前記他の変速段から前記所定の変速段に変更するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする変速機の制御装置。
