Abstract
Description
本実施形態に係るフレキシブル電池用電極粘着方法は、ステップAと、ステップBと、ステップCと、を含む。
接触部11,21は、第1面111,211と、第1面111,211の反対側に位置する第2面112,212と、を有する。第1面111,211に活性剤が塗布されている。第2面112,212は粗面を有する。導電部12,22はストリップ状を呈する。前記正極極板と前記負極極板との少なくとも一方は、金属の電食された箔で作製され、粗面が直接に形成されてもいいし、外力による摩擦によって粗面を形成してもいいし、上面に多数の粒を有する層であるコーティング層を塗布して粗面を形成してもよい。

Claims (9)
- 正極極板と負極極板とを用意し、前記正極極板と前記負極極板とは、金属シートであり、両端がそれぞれ導電部と接触部であり、前記接触部は、第1面と、前記第1面の反対側に位置する第2面と、を有し、前記第1面に活性剤が塗布されており、前記第2面は粗面を有するステップAと、
前記正極極板と前記負極極板とを隣接するように配列し、前記第2面を上方に向け、アルミ箔で前記正極極板と前記負極極板との前記接触部を覆い、前記正極極板と前記負極極板との前記導電部は、少なくとも一部が前記アルミ箔に覆われず、前記アルミ箔の下方に向く面は、前記正極極板と前記負極極板の前記第2面と接触し、前記アルミ箔の下方に向く面に樹脂層が設けられているステップBと、
熱圧装置によって前記アルミ箔を下方へ加熱加圧することにより、前記樹脂層が前記正極極板と前記負極極板との前記第2面に粘着するステップCと、を含むことを特徴とする、
フレキシブル電池用電極粘着方法。 - 前記正極極板と前記負極極板との前記導電部はストリップ状を呈することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル電池用電極粘着方法。
- 前記正極極板と前記負極極板との少なくとも一方は、金属の電食された箔で作製され、前記粗面が直接形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル電池用電極粘着方法。
- 前記正極極板と前記負極極板との少なくとも一方の前記第2面は、外力による摩擦によって前記粗面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル電池用電極粘着方法。
- 前記正極極板と前記負極極板との少なくとも一方の前記第2面にコーティング層が形成されており、前記コーティング層は、その上面に多数の粒を有する層であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル電池用電極粘着方法。
- 前記正極極板はアルミで作製され、前記負極極板は銅で作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル電池用電極粘着方法。
- 前記ステップBにおいて、前記正極極板と前記負極極板とは、シリコンパッドに置かれて作業を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル電池用電極粘着方法。
- 前記ステップCにおいて、圧力1〜6kg/cm2、温度100℃〜200℃で、熱圧作業を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル電池用電極粘着方法。
- 前記樹脂層の材料はポリプロピレンを採用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル電池用電極粘着方法。
