Claims (5)
- 基板と、
前記基板に実装された光電変換部品と、
前記基板の上に形成され、前記光電変換部品と電気的に接続されている配線パターンと、
前記光電変換部品を覆うシールドカバーと、
前記配線パターンのうち前記光電変換部品に電源を供給する電源ラインに、直列に挿入された第1フィルタと、を備える光電変換モジュール。 - 前記第1フィルタは前記シールドカバーで覆われている、請求項1に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記配線パターンのうち前記光電変換部品を接地する接地ラインに、直列に挿入された第2フィルタをさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 前記第2フィルタは前記シールドカバーで覆われている、請求項3に記載の光電変換モジュール。
- 光ファイバの少なくとも一方の端部と光結合するように請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の光電変換モジュールが接続された、アクティブ光ケーブル。
