Claims (4)
- 内部に燃料を収容する燃料タンクと、
前記燃料タンクで発生した蒸発燃料を吸着剤によって吸着及び脱離し、大気連通管により大気開放されるキャニスタと、
エンジンと前記キャニスタとを連通するパージ配管と、
前記燃料タンクと前記キャニスタとを連通するベント配管と、
前記大気連通管に設けられ前記キャニスタから前記燃料タンクに負圧を作用させる負圧ポンプと、
前記ベント配管に設けられ、前記エンジンから作用するパージ負圧と前記燃料タンクから作用するタンク内圧との差圧では閉弁し前記負圧ポンプから作用するポンプ負圧と前記燃料タンクから作用するタンク内圧との差圧では開弁状態を維持する負圧開閉弁と、
を有する燃料タンクシステム。 - 前記ベント配管において前記負圧開閉弁をバイパスするバイパス配管と、
前記バイパス配管を開閉するバイパス開閉弁と、
を有する請求項1に記載の燃料タンクシステム。 - 前記バイパス開閉弁が、
前記燃料タンク側のバイパス配管と連通されたタンク側主室と、前記タンク側主室に対し弁部材本体を挟んで反対側に配置された背圧室と、に区画され、前記弁部材本体に前記タンク側主室から作用した圧力で前記弁部材本体が移動すると開弁されるダイヤフラム弁である請求項2に記載の燃料タンクシステム。 - 前記燃料タンクの前記タンク内圧を検知するタンク内圧センサと、
前記負圧ポンプの駆動を制御すると共に、前記タンク内圧センサで検知されたタンク内圧の変化により、前記負圧ポンプから前記キャニスタ及び前記ベント配管を経て前記燃料タンクに至る部分の穴あきを検知する制御装置と、
を有する請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料タンクシステム。
