Description
Claims (22)
- 第1エンドポイントと相互作用するプレーヤーによるビデオゲームプレイを記録する方法であって、
ゲームプレイ中に前記第1エンドポイント上で生成される触覚効果の第1触覚トラックを記録する工程と、
前記ゲームプレイ中に生成される映像の映像トラックを記録する工程と、
前記映像トラックと共に前記第1触覚トラックを符号化する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記触覚効果は、少なくとも一つの触覚出力装置により生成され、
記録された前記第1触覚トラックは、前記触覚出力装置の識別情報を有する、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記第1エンドポイントは、前記触覚出力装置を有する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記ゲームプレイ中に生成される音声の音声トラックを記録する工程と、
前記第1触覚トラック及び前記映像トラックと共に前記音声トラックを符号化する工程と、
を更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ゲームプレイ中に前記プレーヤーによる前記第1エンドポイント上での入力作用の第2触覚トラックを記録する工程と、
前記第1触覚トラック及び前記映像トラックと共に前記第2触覚トラックを符号化する工程と、
を更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記第1エンドポイントはゲームコントローラを有し、
前記入力作用は、ボタン、トリガー、バンパー、ジョイスティック、または方向指示パッドの内、少なくとも一つとの物理的な相互作用を含む、請求項5記載の方法。 - 第2エンドポイントが前記第1エンドポイントと同一であるか否かを判定する工程を更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 符号化されたトラックを復号し、前記ゲームプレイの視聴者への再生中に、第2エンドポイント上で前記第1触覚トラックを再生する工程を更に含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- プロセッサにより実行される時に、前記プロセッサに対し、第1エンドポイントと相互作用するプレーヤーによるビデオゲームプレイを記録させる命令の格納された、コンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体であって、
前記記録する工程は、
ゲームプレイ中に前記第1エンドポイント上で生成される触覚効果の第1触覚トラックを記録する工程と、
前記ゲームプレイ中に生成される映像の映像トラックを記録する工程と、
前記映像トラックと共に前記第1触覚トラックを符号化する工程と、
を含む媒体。 - 前記触覚効果は、少なくとも一つの触覚出力装置により生成され、
記録された前記第1触覚トラックは、前記触覚出力装置の識別情報を有する、請求項9記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体。 - 前記第1エンドポイントは、前記触覚出力装置を有する、請求項10記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体。
- 前記記録する工程は、
前記ゲームプレイ中に生成される音声の音声トラックを記録する工程と、
前記第1触覚トラック及び前記映像トラックと共に前記音声トラックを符号化する工程と、
を更に含む、請求項9記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体。 - 前記記録する工程は、
前記ゲームプレイ中に前記プレーヤーによる前記第1エンドポイント上での入力作用の第2触覚トラックを記録する工程と、
前記第1触覚トラック及び前記映像トラックと共に前記第2触覚トラックを符号化する工程と、
を更に含む、請求項9記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体。 - 前記第1エンドポイントはゲームコントローラを有し、
前記入力作用は、ボタン、トリガー、バンパー、ジョイスティック、または方向指示パッドの内、少なくとも一つとの物理的な相互作用を含む、請求項13記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体。 - 前記記録する工程は、第2エンドポイントが前記第1エンドポイントと同一であるか否かを判定する工程を更に含む、請求項9記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体。
- 前記記録する工程は、符号化されたトラックを復号し、前記ゲームプレイの視聴者への再生中に、第2エンドポイント上で前記第1触覚トラックを再生する工程を更に含む、請求項9記載のコンピュータ読み取り可能な媒体。
- プロセッサと、
前記プロセッサに接続され、ビデオゲームプレイを記録するために前記プロセッサにより実行される命令を格納するストレージデバイスと、
前記プロセッサに接続されるゲームコントローラと、を有し、
前記ビデオゲームプレイを記録することは、
ゲームプレイ中に前記ゲームコントローラ上で生成される触覚効果の第1触覚トラックを記録することと、
前記ゲームプレイ中に生成される映像の映像トラックを記録することと、
前記映像トラックと共に前記第1触覚トラックを符号化することと、
を含むビデオゲームシステム。 - 前記触覚効果は、前記ゲームコントローラ上の少なくとも一つの触覚出力装置により生成され、
記録された前記第1触覚トラックは、前記触覚出力装置の識別情報を有する、請求項17記載のビデオゲームシステム。 - 前記記録することは、
前記ゲームプレイ中に生成される音声の音声トラックを記録することと、
前記第1触覚トラック及び前記映像トラックと共に前記音声トラックを符号化することと、
を更に含む、請求項17記載のビデオゲームシステム。 - 前記記録することは、
前記ゲームプレイ中にプレーヤーが行う前記ゲームコントローラ上での入力作用の第2触覚トラックを記録することと、
前記第1触覚トラック及び前記映像トラックと共に前記第2触覚トラックを符号化することと、
を更に含む、請求項17記載のビデオゲームシステム。 - 前記入力作用は、ボタン、トリガー、バンパー、ジョイスティック、または方向指示パッドの内、少なくとも一つとの物理的な相互作用を含む、請求項20記載のビデオゲームシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、符号化されたトラックを復号し、前記ゲームプレイの視聴者への再生中に、第2ゲームコントローラ上で前記第1触覚トラックを再生することを更に含む、請求項20記載のビデオゲームシステム。
