Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の車両用ランプの光源モジュールは、1つの光源(51)で、互いに異なる種類の2つのパターンを持つ第1、第2発光イメージ(61、62)を実現して発光イメージに対するデザインの多様化を追求することができるように構成される。

Description
また、本発明は、1つの光源で2つのパターンの発光イメージを実現することにより、コストダウンおよび重量減少を図るうえ、ランプのサイズを大幅縮小させることができるという効果もある。

Claims (10)
- 1つのLED光源と、
前記LED光源への電流供給を制御するPCB基板と、
前記PCB基板の上方に積層され、前記LED光源の光を用いて特定のパターンの第1発光イメージを実現することができるように第1オプティックが形成された1次パターンフィルムと、
前記1次パターンフィルム上に積層され、前記LED光源の光を前記1次パターンフィルムの全区間にわたって均一に伝達する光学レジンと、
前記光学レジン上に積層され、前記第1発光イメージとは異なる種類の第2発光イメージを実現することができるように第2オプティックが形成された2次パターンフィルムとを含んでなることを特徴とする、車両用ランプの光源モジュール。 - 前記PCB基板と前記1次パターンフィルムとの間に積層され、前記LED光源の点灯の際には後方に散乱するLED光源の光を前方に折り返し反射させ、前記LED光源の非点灯の際には蒸着によるヒドゥン効果を実現する反射フィルムをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用ランプの光源モジュール。
- 前記1次パターンフィルムと前記反射フィルムとの間に形成されたもので、前記1次パターンフィルムを透過したLED光源の光の反射率を増大させ、光効率を増大させて前記第1発光イメージの鮮明度を向上させる空気層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両用ランプの光源モジュール。
- 前記光学レジンの縁部に沿って一体に結合したもので、前記LED光源の非点灯の際に前記反射フィルムと共に蒸着によるベゼルイメージを実現するベゼルをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両用ランプの光源モジュール。
- 前記第1オプティックと前記第2オプティックは、配列された方向性が互いに異なり、オプティックの突出方向が互いに反対であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の車両用ランプの光源モジュール。
- 前記第1次パターンフィルムは前記第1オプティックが前記反射フィルムに向かって突出するように結合し、
前記2次パターンフィルムは前記第2オプティックがランプのアウターレンズに向かって突出するように結合して、前記第2オプティックが前記2次パターンフィルムと前記アウターレンズとの間の空気層に接触するように設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の車両ランプの光源モジュール。 - 前記第1発光イメージと前記第2発光イメージが、互いにオーバーラップした形態の発光イメージまたは互いに交差した形態の発光イメージに実現できるように、前記第1オプティックが配列された方向と前記第2オプティックが配列された方向とがなす角度(α)は、90°より小さい角度であることを特徴する、請求項5に記載の車両用ランプの光源モジュール。
- 前記第1発光イメージと前記第2発光イメージが、互いにオーバーラップした形態の発光イメージまたは互いに交差した形態の発光イメージに実現できるように、前記LED光源から出力された光の照射方向は、前記第1オプティックが配列された方向と前記第2オプティックが配列された方向に対してそれぞれ直角方向であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の車両用ランプの光源モジュール。
- 前記光源モジュールはブラケットを介してランプハウジングに固定され、
前記ランプハウジングは車体に固定されるように設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用ランプの光源モジュール。 - 前記光源モジュールは、曲面状に撓むことができるようにフレキシブルな板状に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用ランプの光源モジュール。
