Abstract
Description
平均半径が20μmの絶縁層がコーティングされたFe−Si−Al系軟磁性金属粉末をエポキシ樹脂に分散させて、透磁率と絶縁性をテストするため軟磁性金属複合体を用意する。このとき、エポキシの含量は軟磁性金属複合体の1.5wt%である。
平均半径が20μmの絶縁層がコーティングされたFe−Si−Al系軟磁性金属粉末を用意し、平均半径が20nmのSiO2ナノパウダーとともにエポキシ樹脂に分散させて透磁率と絶縁性をテストするため軟磁性金属複合体を用意する。このとき、SiO2ナノパウダーの含量は軟磁性金属複合体の0.1wt%であり、エポキシの含量は軟磁性金属複合体の1.5wt%である。
平均半径が20μmの絶縁層がコーティングされたFe−Si−Al系軟磁性金属粉末を用意し、平均半径が20nmのNiZnフェライトナノパウダーとともにエポキシ樹脂に分散させて透磁率と絶縁性をテストするため軟磁性金属複合体を用意する。このとき、NiZnフェライトナノパウダーの含量は軟磁性金属複合体の0.1wt%であり、エポキシの含量は軟磁性金属複合体の1.5wt%である。

Claims (12)
- 絶縁層でコーティングされた軟磁性金属粉末と、
絶縁体ナノパウダーと、
高分子樹脂と、を含み、
前記軟磁性金属粉末と前記絶縁体ナノパウダーは前記高分子樹脂内に分散されている、軟磁性金属複合体。 - 前記軟磁性金属粉末は、Fe−Si−Cr系、Fe−Ni−Mo系及びFe−Si−Al系軟磁性合金粉末のうち何れか1つ以上である、請求項1に記載の軟磁性金属複合体。
- 前記軟磁性金属粉末は非晶質またはナノ結晶系である、請求項1または2に記載の軟磁性金属複合体。
- 前記絶縁体ナノパウダーはセラミックナノパウダーである、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の軟磁性金属複合体。
- 前記セラミックナノパウダーはAl2O3、SiO2、TiO2のうち何れか1つ以上である、請求項4に記載の軟磁性金属複合体。
- 前記絶縁体ナノパウダーはフェライトナノパウダーである、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の軟磁性金属複合体。
- 前記フェライトナノパウダーは、NiZn系フェライトまたはNiCuZn系フェライトのうち何れか1つ以上である、請求項6に記載の軟磁性金属複合体。
- 前記高分子樹脂はエポキシ、ウレタン、シリコンのうち何れか1つである、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の軟磁性金属複合体。
- 前記絶縁体ナノパウダーは、前記軟磁性金属粉末の表面に接触して分散されている、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の軟磁性金属複合体。
- 前記絶縁体ナノパウダーの平均半径は5nm以上500nm以下である、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の軟磁性金属複合体。
- 軟磁性金属粉末及び高分子樹脂を含むパワーインダクタ用軟磁性金属複合体において、前記軟磁性金属粉末の間に介在されて耐電圧性を向上させるための絶縁体ナノパウダーをさらに含む、軟磁性金属複合体。
- 前記絶縁体ナノパウダーは、セラミックナノパウダーまたはフェライトナノパウダーのうち何れか1つであるか、セラミックナノパウダーとフェライトナノパウダーが混合されたものである、請求項11に記載の軟磁性金属複合体。
