Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る構造物監視装置10を含む構造物監視システム1の一例を示すブロック図である。なお、以下の説明では、本発明に係る構造物監視装置10の監視対象となる構造物が木造建築物である場合の例について示す。
次に、本発明に係る構造物監視装置および構造物監視方法の第2実施形態について説明する。

Claims (6)
- 接合部および軸部をそれぞれ有する複数の構造材であって、前記複数の構造材どうしが前記接合部を介して接合されて組み上げられた組上げ体において前記複数の構造材の表面どうしが電気的に接続されて電路を形成するように、前記接合部の表面の少なくとも一部および前記軸部の表面の少なくとも一部が導電性を有する前記複数の構造材、により形成された構造物の監視装置であって、
前記電路に設けられた複数の端子から選択された2端子の組について、この2端子の組の端子間の抵抗値を測定する抵抗測定部と、
前記抵抗測定部により測定された前記2端子の組の端子間の抵抗値と、前記2端子の組の端子間の参照抵抗値との差を用いて前記構造物の健全性を評価して評価結果情報を出力する評価部と、
を備えた構造物監視装置。 - 前記2端子の組のうち、同一の構造材に設けられるとともに2端子間の距離が所定の距離よりも短い2端子間は、絶縁部が設けられて電気的に絶縁される、
請求項1記載の構造物監視装置。 - 前記絶縁部を挟んだ2端子間を短絡するためのスイッチと、
前記複数の端子から2端子の組を複数選択するとともに、測定対象の組に対応するスイッチを開放するとともに非測定対象の組に対応するスイッチを短絡するよう各スイッチを制御する端子選択部と、
をさらに備えた請求項2記載の構造物監視装置。 - 前記構造物の健全性の評価結果情報に応じた画像を生成する評価通知部と、
少なくとも表示部を有する端末とデータ送受信する送受信部と、
をさらに備え、
前記評価通知部は、
前記構造物の健全性の評価結果情報に応じた画像を、前記送受信部を介して前記端末の表示部に表示させる、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の構造物監視装置。 - 前記抵抗測定部は、
定期的かつ自動的に前記2端子の組の端子間の現在の抵抗値を測定し、
前記評価部は、
定期的かつ自動的に前記抵抗測定部により測定された前記2端子の組の端子間の抵抗値と、前記2端子の組の端子間の前記参照抵抗値との差を用いて前記構造物の健全性を評価して評価結果情報を出力する、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の構造物監視装置。 - 接合部および軸部をそれぞれ有する複数の構造材どうしが前記接合部を介して接合されて組み上げられるときに、これら複数の構造材の表面どうしが電気的に接続されて電路を形成するように、前記接合部の表面の少なくとも一部および前記軸部の表面の少なくとも一部が導電性を有する複数の構造材により形成された構造物の監視方法であって、
前記電路に設けられた複数の端子から選択された2端子の組について、2端子の組の端子間の抵抗値を測定するステップと、
前記測定するステップで測定された前記2端子の組の端子間抵抗値と、前記2端子の組の端子間の参照抵抗値との差を用いて前記構造物の健全性を評価して評価結果情報を出力するステップと、
を有する構造物監視方法。
