Abstract
【解決手段】電気自動車充電装置は、ソケットに挿入して電気自動車に電気エネルギーを供給するプラグと、前記プラグが過熱しているか否かを判断し、判断結果に基づいて過熱防止アルゴリズムを行う制御部と、を含み、前記プラグは前記プラグ内のプラグピンの温度を測定する複数の温度センサを含む。

Claims (12)
- 充電装置において、
複数のプラグピンを介して電気自動車にエネルギーを供給するプラグと、
前記プラグ内に配置されて前記複数のプラグピンの温度を測定する複数の温度センサと、
前記複数の温度センサで測定された温度に基づいて前記プラグが過熱しているか否かを判断し、判断結果に基づいて前記電気自動車の充電を制御する制御部と、
を含む充電装置。 - 前記複数の温度センサは、前記プラグピンから一定距離に離隔されて前記プラグピンの間に配置される、請求項1に記載の充電装置。
- 前記複数の温度センサは、前記プラグピンから一定距離に離隔されて前記プラグピンの間に上下又は左右に配置される、請求項2に記載の充電装置。
- 前記プラグは、前記複数の温度センサそれぞれの一端に連結される抵抗を含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の充電装置。
- 前記複数の温度センサと連結される抵抗は、それぞれ異なる抵抗値を有する、請求項4に記載の充電装置。
- 前記制御部は、互いに異なる値を有する抵抗を利用して回路間の短絡(short)を判断する、請求項5に記載の充電装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記複数の温度センサから測定した温度が一定レベル以上であれば、前記プラグが過熱状態であると判断する、請求項1又は請求項4に記載の充電装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記プラグが過熱状態であると判断する場合、充電量を減少させるか充電を中断する、請求項7に記載の充電装置。
- 前記制御部は、充電量を減少させる措置を、充電を中断する措置より優先的に適用する、請求項8に記載の充電装置。
- 前記プラグは、磁場を測定するマグネチックセンサを含む、請求項1又は請求項4に記載の充電装置。
- 前記プラグは、前記マグネチックセンサの一端に連結される複数の抵抗を含む、請求項10に記載の充電装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記マグネチックセンサが測定した磁場に基づいて充電モードを決定する、請求項10に記載の充電装置。
