Claims (6)
- グリッド側の電力を利用して電気自動車(EV)を充電するケーブル設置型充電制御装置において、
グリッド側の電力を駆動電圧に変換するコンバータと、
グリッド側の電力をEV側に移送する第1リレーと、
グリッド側の電力をEV側に移送する第2リレーと、
前記第1リレーのEV側の端子と一端が連結された第3リレー、前記第3リレーの他端と一端が連結された第1抵抗、前記駆動電圧が一端に供給される第1プルアップ抵抗、及び前記第1抵抗の他端と前記第2リレーのグリッド側の端子との間に連結された発光ダイオードと、前記第1プルアップ抵抗の他端とグラウンドとの間に連結され前記発光ダイオードの発光時にターンオンするトランジスタとを有する第1フォトカプラを含む第1サブ融着感知部と、
制御部と、を含み、
前記第1サブ融着感知部は、前記発光ダイオードに電流が流れるか否かによって前記駆動電圧に対応するハイ信号またはロー信号を前記制御部に出力し、
前記制御部は、前記第1リレー及び第2リレーがターンオフされた状態で前記第3リレーをターンオンして、前記第1サブ融着感知部から、前記ロー信号が入力されると前記第1リレーが融着していると判断し、前記ハイ信号が入力されると前記第1リレーが融着していないと判断する、ケーブル設置型充電制御装置。 - 前記第2リレーのEV側の端子と前記第1リレーのグリッド側の端子を介して前記第2リレーが融着しているか否かを感知する第2サブ融着感知部を更に含む、請求項1に記載のケーブル設置型充電制御装置。
- 前記第2サブ融着感知部は、前記第1リレーのグリッド側の端子と一端が連結された第4リレー、前記第4リレーの他端と一端が連結された第2抵抗、前記駆動電圧が一端に供給される第2プルアップ抵抗、及び前記第2抵抗の他端と前記第2リレーのEV側の端子との間に連結された発光ダイオードと、前記第2プルアップ抵抗の他端とグラウンドとの間に連結され前記発光ダイオードの発光時にターンオンするトランジスタとを有する第2フォトカプラを含み、前記発光ダイオードに電流が流れるか否かによって前記駆動電圧に対応するハイ信号またはロー信号を前記制御部に出力する、請求項2に記載のケーブル設置型充電制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1リレー及び第2リレーがターンオフされた状態で前記第4リレーをターンオンして、前記第2サブ融着感知部から、前記ロー信号が入力されると前記第2リレーが融着していると判断し、前記ハイ信号が入力されると前記第2リレーが融着していないと判断する、請求項3に記載のケーブル設置型充電制御装置。
- 前記ケーブル設置型充電制御装置に付着されるアドオン通信装置と通信する通信部を更に含み、
前記制御部は、前記通信部を介して前記アドオン通信装置を経て端末装置に前記第1リレーが融着しているか否かを知らせる、請求項1に記載のケーブル設置型充電制御装置。 - 前記制御部は前記第1リレーの融着が解消するまで充電機能を中断する、請求項1に記載のケーブル設置型充電制御装置。
