Abstract
【解決手段】互いに対向する一対の誘電体フィルム1,2と、一対の誘電体フィルム1,2のそれぞれに形成された蒸着電極3,4と、一対の誘電体フィルム1,2のうち一方の誘電体フィルム1に形成された蒸着電極3の非形成領域であるスリット7と、スリット7によって区画された蒸着電極3の複数の電極領域3aと、互いに隣接する電極領域3a,3aを接続するヒューズ部3bと、を備えたフィルムコンデンサ10。スリット7及びヒューズ部3bを形成した一方の誘電体フィルム1は、ヒューズ部3bに隣接するスリット7内に貫通部1bを有する。

以下、前記した実施の形態の構成に基づく本発明のフィルムコンデンサの実施例について説明する。
Claims (1)
- 互いに対向する一対の誘電体フィルムと、該一対の誘電体フィルムのそれぞれに形成された蒸着電極と、該一対の誘電体フィルムのうち一方の誘電体フィルムに形成された前記蒸着電極の非形成領域であるスリットと、該スリットによって区画された前記蒸着電極の複数の電極領域と、互いに隣接する前記電極領域を接続するヒューズ部と、を少なくとも備えたフィルムコンデンサであって、
前記スリット及びヒューズ部を形成した前記一方の誘電体フィルムは、前記ヒューズ部に隣接する前記スリット内に該誘電体フィルムを貫通する貫通部を有することを特徴とするフィルムコンデンサ。
