Claims (6)
- 전극용 금속이 증착되는 필름 커패시터용 금속화 플라스틱필름에 있어서,상기 전극용 금속이 증착되지 않는 일측의 마진부로부터 필름 폭 방향의 타측을 향하여 필름 폭의 1/4 ~ 4/5까지 긴 직사각형의 분할전극을 형성하고, 마진부 끝단의 분할전극부터 전극용 금속과 접하는 부분 중 어느 하나의 위치에 퓨즈부가 형성되게 하여 필름의 길이방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 연속형성되도록 패턴화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 커패시터용 금속화 플라스틱필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 퓨즈부의 폭은 0.15mm~1.0mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 커패시터용 금속화 플라스틱필름.
- 제1항과 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 어느 하나의 분할전극 퓨즈부에 인접한 다른 분할전극의 퓨즈부는 폭 방향으로 3mm~40mm의 이격된 위치에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 커패시터용 금속화 플라스틱필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마진부의 폭 방향 타측에 용사금속 접촉부가 형성되며, 이 용사금속 접 촉부의 전극용 증착금속은 0.5Ω/㎠ ~ 10Ω/㎠로 하고, 나머지 부분의 증착금속은 2Ω/㎠ ~ 20Ω/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 커패시터용 금속화 플라스틱필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전극용 증착금속이 0.5Ω/㎠ ~ 20Ω/㎠로 균일한 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 커패시터용 금속화 플라스틱필름.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 의해 제조된 금속화 플라스틱필름을 이용한 금속화 필름 커패시터.
