Abstract
Description
上記各実施形態で示された圧力センサ100の構成は一例であり、上記で示した構成に限定されることなく、本発明を実現できる他の構成とすることもできる。例えば、仮止め部140を構成する支持部141、回り止め部142、保持部143、バネ部144、及びストッパ部145の形状は上述したものに限られず、各々の機能を実現可能な他の形状でも良い。一つの例として、保持部143は、圧力センサ100がドアパネル200に固定されていない状態では本体部110の側壁部113に設けられた弾性部120に対向配置されていても良い。

Claims (6)
- 貫通するように開口した窓部(210)を有する取付対象物(200)に対して仮止め可能に構成された取付構造体であって、
側壁部(113)を有する本体部(110)と、
前記窓部(210)の周囲に接触するように前記側壁部(113)に設けられた弾性部(120)と、
前記窓部(210)に通される部分を含んでおり、当該部分が前記窓部(210)に通された状態で前記弾性部(120)と共に前記取付対象物(200)の一部を挟むことにより、前記本体部(110)を前記取付対象物(200)に仮止めするように前記側壁部(113)に設けられた仮止め部(140)と、
を備え、
前記仮止め部(140)は、
前記側壁部(113)に設けられていると共に、前記窓部(210)に通される先端部(141a)を含んだ支持部(141)と、
前記本体部(110)に対向配置されると共に、前記窓部(210)に通される際に当該窓部(210)の端部(220)を滑る傾斜面(143a)が設けられた保持部(143)と、
前記支持部(141)の先端部(141a)と前記保持部(143)とを繋ぐと共に、前記保持部(143)の傾斜面(143a)が前記窓部(210)の端部(220)を滑る際に前記保持部(143)が倒されることでねじれるように変形するバネ部(144)と、
を有し、
前記保持部(143)が前記窓部(210)に通されることにより前記取付対象物(200)の一部が前記保持部(143)と前記弾性部(120)とに挟まれ、さらに、前記弾性部(120)が前記取付対象物(200)を押さえ付けるように弾性変形することにより、前記本体部(110)が前記取付対象物(200)に仮止めされるようになっていることを特徴とする取付構造体。 - 前記仮止め部(140)は、前記側壁部(113)に設けられていると共に、前記窓部(210)の端部(220)に接触することにより、前記窓部(210)の開口方向を中心とした回転を禁止する回り止め部(142)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の取付構造体。
- 前記支持部(141)の先端部(141a)は、当該先端部(141a)が前記窓部(210)に通される際に当該窓部(210)の端部(220)を滑るテーパ面(141b)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の取付構造体。
- 前記テーパ面(141b)は、前記傾斜面(143a)と同じ向きに傾斜するように前記先端部(141a)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の取付構造体。
- 前記仮止め部(140)は、前記保持部(143)のうち前記傾斜面(143a)とは反対側に前記保持部(143)に対して離間するように前記側壁部(113)に設けられたストッパ部(145)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の取付構造体。
- 前記本体部(110)は、前記側壁部(113)に設けられており、前記窓部(210)に通されると共に前記取付対象物(200)に対してネジ止めされるネジ部(130)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の取付構造体。
