Description
また、本実施形態は、予測データの生成手法を、データ保存部126に保存された統計データに基づいた生成に制限するものではない。変形例としては、制御部が、列車ダイヤ、路線条件、車両条件、き電回路条件などに基づいて、列車の運行計画をシミュレーションするき電シミュレーション部を備える例とする。
さらに他の手法としては、予測生成部121は、予測日の列車ダイヤに設定された1時間当たりの列車本数、列車の消費エネルギー原単位(単位距離および単位重量または車両あたりの消費エネルギー)、回生エネルギー原単位、時間帯別の平均回生失効率等に基づいて、予測データを生成しても良い。
Claims (7)
- 時間帯毎に、当該時間帯で蓄電装置が蓄電すべき電力量の目標充電率を設定する設定部と、
前記設定部により設定された、時間帯毎の前記目標充電率と、前記蓄電装置から検出された充電率と、前記蓄電装置による電力の供給先の電圧と、に基づいて、前記蓄電装置の充電及び放電のうちいずれか一つ以上の制御を行う制御部と、
を備える蓄電制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、時間帯毎の前記目標充電率、及び前記蓄電装置から検出された充電率の違いに応じて設定された、放電又は充電を開始するための基準電圧と、前記供給先の電圧との比較結果に従って、前記蓄電装置の充電及び放電のうちいずれか一つ以上の制御を行う、
請求項1に記載の蓄電制御装置。 - 前記設定部は、時間帯毎に前記目標充電率を設定する際に、電力の消費量が他の時間帯より高くなる時間帯に対して、当該他の時間帯よりも小さい目標充電率を設定する、
請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電制御装置。 - 変電所から前記供給先に供給される電力量、及び前記供給先で生じる回生電力のうち、前記蓄電装置に供給される余剰回生電力量の、時間帯毎の予測データを生成する生成部を、さらに備え、
前記設定部は、前記生成部により生成された前記予測データに基づいて、時間帯毎の前記目標充電率を設定する、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の蓄電制御装置。 - 時間帯毎に、変電所から前記供給先に供給される電力量、及び前記供給先で生じた回生電力量のうち、前記蓄電装置に回収可能な余剰回生電力量が記録された統計データを、1日の状況毎に保存するデータ保存部を、さらに備え、
前記生成部は、前記データ保存部に格納された統計データのうち、当日の状況と、相関の高い統計データに基づいて、前記予測データを生成する、
請求項4に記載の蓄電制御装置。 - 前記生成部は、当日の状況として、季節、曜日、天候、気温、及び列車運転状況のうち、いずれか一つ以上の条件を用いる、
請求項5に記載の蓄電制御装置。 - 前記供給先のスケジュールに応じて、前記供給先に対する変電所からの負荷電力量と、前記供給先で生じた回生電力量を、シミュレートするシミュレーション部を、さらに備え、
前記生成部は、前記シミュレーション部によるシミュレート結果に基づいて、時間帯毎の予測データを生成する、
請求項4に記載の蓄電制御装置。
