Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン8によって駆動されることにより電力を発電しまたは電力が供給されることによりエンジン8の駆動を補助するアシスト発電モータ12の動作を制御する第1のインバータ46と、蓄電装置25から供給される電力により駆動されまたは回生動作によって発電した回生電力を蓄電装置25に供給する旋回電動モータ29の動作を制御する第2のインバータ55とは、蓄電装置25が取付けられる位置とは異なる位置で旋回フレーム5上に弾性支持された支持ブラケット37に取付けられる。

Claims (5)
- 作業装置が設けられた自走可能な車体と、該車体に設けられ油圧ポンプを駆動するエンジンと、該エンジンによって駆動されることにより電力を発電しまたは電力が供給されることにより前記エンジンの駆動を補助する第1の電動機と、該第1の電動機による発電電力を充電しまたは電力を放電する蓄電装置と、該蓄電装置から供給される電力により駆動されまたは回生動作によって発電した回生電力を前記蓄電装置に供給する第2の電動機と、前記第1の電動機の動作を制御する第1のインバータと、前記第2の電動機の動作を制御する第2のインバータとを備えてなるハイブリッド式作業機において、
前記第1のインバータと前記第2のインバータとは、前記蓄電装置が取付けられる位置とは異なる位置で前記車体に弾性支持された支持ブラケットに取付けられる構成としたことを特徴とするハイブリッド式作業機。 - 前記第1のインバータと前記第2のインバータとは、共通な部品で構成された同一形状のインバータであり、
前記支持ブラケットは、上,下方向の下側に位置して前記第1のインバータと前記第2のインバータとのうちいずれか一方のインバータが取付けられる下側取付部と、該下側取付部よりも上側に位置して他方のインバータが取付けられる上側取付部とにより構成してなる請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式作業機。 - 前記第1のインバータと前記第2のインバータとは、共通な部品で構成された同一形状のインバータであり、
前記支持ブラケットは、上面側に前記第1のインバータと前記第2のインバータとのうちいずれか一方のインバータが取付けられ、下面側に他方のインバータが前記一方のインバータに対して上,下方向に反転させた状態で取付けられる取付部を有する構成としてなる請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式作業機。 - 前記第1のインバータと前記第2のインバータとは、該第1のインバータと該第2のインバータとを冷却する冷却媒体が流通する接続管路により接続され、
前記支持ブラケット、前記第1のインバータ、前記第2のインバータ、および前記接続管路は、組立体として構成してなる請求項1,2または3に記載のハイブリッド式作業機。 - 前記第1のインバータと前記第2のインバータのうちいずれか一方のインバータには、該第1のインバータと該第2のインバータとを冷却するための冷却媒体を前記一方のインバータ内に流入させる流入管路が接続され、他方のインバータには、該第1のインバータと該第2のインバータとを冷却した前記冷却媒体を流出する流出管路が接続され、
前記第1のインバータと前記第2のインバータとには、それぞれ複数本のケーブルが接続され、
前記支持ブラケットには、前記複数本のケーブルをそれぞれ固定するケーブル固定具を設けると共に、前記流入管路と前記流出管路とをそれぞれ固定する管路固定具を設ける構成としてなる請求項4に記載のハイブリッド式作業機。
