Abstract
【解決手段】上記目的を達成するために、本発明の課題解決手段は、ダンパDの伸側室R1内の圧力をフィードバックして当該伸側室R1内の圧力を調整する伸側ソレノイドバルブS1を制御するとともに、上記ダンパDの圧側室R2内の圧力をフィードバックして当該圧側室R2内の圧力を調整する圧側ソレノイドバルブS2を制御するダンパ制御装置1において、上記ダンパDの伸長時に上記圧側ソレノイドバルブS2に与える電流指令Icを低減する圧側低減補正を行うとともに、上記ダンパDの収縮時に上記伸側ソレノイドバルブS1に与える電流指令Ieを低減する伸側低減補正を行う。

Claims (6)
- ダンパの伸側室内の圧力をフィードバックして当該伸側室内の圧力を調整する伸側ソレノイドバルブを制御するとともに、上記ダンパの圧側室内の圧力をフィードバックして当該圧側室内の圧力を調整する圧側ソレノイドバルブを制御するダンパ制御装置において、上記ダンパの伸長時に上記圧側ソレノイドバルブに与える電流指令を低減する圧側低減補正を行うとともに、上記ダンパの収縮時に上記伸側ソレノイドバルブに与える電流指令を低減する伸側低減補正を行うことを特徴とするダンパ制御装置。
- 上記伸側低減補正および上記圧側低減補正は、上記ダンパの伸縮速度に基づいて低減量を求め、上記電流指令から上記低減量を減じることで行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンパ制御装置。
- 上記ダンパの伸縮速度の絶対値が所定の伸側速度閾値の絶対値未満である場合、上記伸側低減補正を行わず、上記ダンパの伸縮速度の絶対値が所定の圧側速度閾値の絶対値未満である場合、上記圧側低減補正を行わないことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のダンパ制御装置。
- 上記圧側低減補正は、上記圧側ソレノイドバルブに対する電流指令を上記伸側ソレノイドバルブに対する電流指令に置き換えることで行い、
上記伸側低減補正は、上記伸側ソレノイドバルブに対する電流指令を上記圧側祖霊度バルブに対する電流指令に置き換えることで行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンパ制御装置。 - 上記伸側低減補正は、上記伸側ソレノイドバルブに対する電流指令が伸側電流指令閾値以上であって、上記伸側室内の圧力が伸側圧力閾値以下であると上記伸側低減補正を行い、
上記圧側低減補正は、上記圧側ソレノイドバルブに対する電流指令が圧側電流指令閾値以上であって、上記圧側室内の圧力が圧側圧力閾値以下であると上記圧側低減補正を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のダンパ制御装置。 - 上記伸側低減補正は、上記伸側ソレノイドバルブに対する電流指令が伸側電流指令閾値以上であって、上記伸側室内の圧力が伸側圧力閾値以下であり、且つ、上記圧側ソレノイドバルブに対する電流指令が圧側電流閾値以下となることを条件として実行し、
上記圧側低減補正は、上記圧側ソレノイドバルブに対する電流指令が圧側電流指令閾値以上であって、上記圧側室内の圧力が圧側圧力閾値以下であり、且つ、上記伸側ソレノイドバルブに対する電流指令が伸側電流閾値以下となることを条件として実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のダンパ制御装置。
